This inviting home offers a true Florida cottage style and is conveniently equipped with comfortable furnishings throughout, a large patio at the entrance of the house, a spacious screened-in patio on the side of the house, and a fully-equipped kitchen to make cooking a breeze. Unwind in the living area and watch your favorite shows or take advantage of the shared swimming pool available.

Beachgoers will fall in love with the location of this charming abode as it's only a short walk away from the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Find plenty of dining options as you stroll along Hwy 30A. The nearby Deer Lake State Park is a great place to visit if you're into outdoor activities. There you can take scenic hikes, bike, kayak, and paddleboard. Eastern Lake is less than two miles away and is a safe alternative to the Gulf for children; try your hand at paddleboarding, kayaking, and floating around in the lake.

Perfect stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was very clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone! The bikes were perfect to take the short trip to the ocean.

Great location and property

Stayed at Passin By for a wedding. House was well equipped and conveniently lactated for walking in Seaside. A full length mirror would be a great addition to the master bath or bedroom. Great stay!

Great, relaxing week!

We stayed in this neighborhood in 2020 and loved it, but didn't love the house we had stayed in - so we tried this house for 2021 and it was awesome! The management company was quick to respond to a couple of issues we had with the bikes and we loved being able to walk or ride bikes to the beach/Seaside daily. Perfect stay for our family of 4!

Great location

This beautiful home is located in a pretty neighborhood a close walk or bike to the beach. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The home was a perfect size for me and the four teens I brought with me. I loved the open floor plan and the kitchen was well stocked. However, you may want to bring your own frying pans if you plan to cook. All in all I would choose to stay here again.

Great property close to the beach

Great little house for a beach vacation. This property is clean and spacious. It’s located in a very cute little neighborhood. There is a shared pool & across 30A there’s a public beach access point. Only a 5 minute walk! We loved riding the bikes that were made available. Seaside was a 5-10 bike ride or 20ish minute walk. All around a great spot.

Fabulous Seagrove house

Wow!! This house was absolutely adorable and perfect for our getaway. The decor and location were wonderful. We used the very nice bikes several times. The house was spotless. It was less than a five minute bike ride to the public beach access. It is located in a very well kept community just a short walk from 30A. Highly recommend this place!!!

Awesome Beach House, Even Better Location!

We stayed with some family for a week and it was awesome! There was 8 of us and this house had plenty of room. Sits in a small "beach house neighborhood" 2 streets back off the beach. Maybe a 10 min walk to beach and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which made it about 2 min and easy to take all the beach stuff to the beach! The house even had some! We will definitely be coming back!

Very cute and clean.

Great location and had everything we needed. We appreciated the extras like paper products and laundry supplies. That being said, we would have loved to use the screened in porch but that was basically a place where old furniture went to die. Paint touch ups are greatly needed at this site and some upgrades in appliances would be nice.

Birthday trip

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend trip. The house was so much bigger and cuter than the pictures indicated. We went to the beach, cycled to Watersound, drove to Rosemary and walked to Seaside. We also loved staying in, talking in the main room and adorable porch. The only minor issue was a relatively small hot water tank. If someone filled up the garden tub, the rest of us waited for showers. No biggie. I would definitely stay here again.

Neighborhood-FABULOUS House-FABULOUS Beach Access-FABULOUS 8 minute easy walk to beach. 25 minute walk to Seaside. 10 minute bike ride to Seaside. Our visit was is January, so it was not busy. I can’t comment on the pool or tennis courts because we did not go to either. We did not cook, so not sure about cookware. Did have my morning coffee. Keurig and Mr.Coffee maker available.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood that is a bit out of the center of Seaside. It is within easy walking distance of a public beach, and within easy biking distance of the town square. We loved this feature but it might be off putting to those who want to dress up for dinner or for people with mobility issues. In that case, you might want to look into renting a golf cart. The house itself was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be that you stop by the Walmart on route to Seaside and pick up a couple of cheap camping chairs, as the rental doesn’t include them and the cost is $65/ day to rent on the beach. The pool was nice and not crowded. The house was clean and comfortable.
