The Space:

This breezy condo is the perfect home base for taking in the beauty of the Florida panhandle! With the ocean right outside, a shared swimming pool, and the sights of Panama City Beach all around, you have everything you need.



















Ten miles northwest of the center of Panama City Beach and right across the street from beach access, this home for six is within easy walking distance of a grocery store, donut shop, and more. Plus, it's only minutes from a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and family-friendly venues like Wonderworks. On the way back home, make sure to visit the marine exhibits of Gulf World, as well as the shopping and rides of Pier Park.



















There's a shared pool waiting for you on those sunny Florida days, but with the beach across the street, you might never even use it! Soft white sands and warm gulf waves await you, with the spacious interior of your home available once you towel off. Kick back in the living room for cable on the flatscreen TV or free WiFi on the device of your choice. Come dinnertime, use the kitchen to whip up something tasty before taking in the sunset from the balcony. We enjoyed this stay immensely. Convenience with Carousel next door is unmatched. Only critiques - could use a colander in the kitchen and larger televisions for watching sports in the evenings.

Best thing I can say about this property is GREAT LOCATION! This complex, though older, is well kept though there is no elevator. Unblocked beautiful view from 3rd floor and beach is directly across the street. Convenient to have Carousel Grocery next door. This particular unit is very dated and many items need replacement. Upholstered sofa and recliner are dirty, old, and needs replacing. Table only has one chair and one bench. Only 1 of 4 lights worked in bathroom. Lots of light coming through the blinds at night into bedroom. There is no ice maker. Top of entertainment center had one inch of dust on it. Bad odor throughout unit. I’ll stop there. Would definitely stay in this complex but prefer a different unit.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

This is a great property, roomy, quaint, and the best location. The televisions need an upgrade in size and streaming. Most people do not watch cable or satellite tv anymore. That's the only issue I had with this place.

Perfect!

As advertised and even better! The beach is right there. Great view! Pool was great! The grocery next door was wonderful. Vaca even provided towels, wash cloths, soap for a couple rounds of clothes and dish washing. Very happy and will rebook!!

Great Location

We had a wonderful time on our ladies trip. The location was absolutely perfect. The condo is located in an older building, but the property is very well maintained. Parking was easy. The pool was nice, clean, and very much appreciated after a long day on the beach. The condo interior is dated, but nice. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. We had everything we needed to cook, but no ice maker. The beds were very comfortable. We would have loved an extra blanket. Overall, this was a great condo and we would stay again.

Fabulous Laguna Beach property

Another wonderful stay. The property and gardens are beautifully maintained, and the pool is impeccable—clean, peaceful, and inviting. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. While some might mention that it’s an older unit with a few dated features, we didn’t find that to be an issue at all. Everything was functional and well-kept.There are no elevators, just stairs, which might be a consideration for some. But if you can manage carrying your things up a flight or two, the beachfront view more than makes up for it.Overall, a great stay once again. We look forward to coming back!

Rate this condo a ZERO

Mold at the air vents and on the shower curtain. Questionable stains on the bed spread. Stains all over the couch. Break in at a condo while I was there and I was told this was not the first time a break in had happened in this condo complex. Very scary

Fall Vacay

Our family had a great time. Love the location of this condo! Be prepared to be uncomfortable though. The furniture was not cozy at all and also be prepared to buy a lot of things for the condo like hand soap, trash bags, Lysol wipes, mattresse foam pads for beds for comfort so you can sleep and blankets and sheets. Yes I said blankets and sheets. The ones they offer are scratchy and very thin. We had to buy all this and more to be comfortable in this condo BUT the cleanliness was okay other than the old furniture and the dryer works great! Also might want to invest in bigger tvs for the vacationers like us who come in the fall but still love to watch football;) Oh and beware the grocery store next door is waaay over priced on something’s so I would grab all your things at Walmart down the road;)

Bad!!!!!

Well first of all the dryer did not work and they didn’t let us know after we washed clothes and refegratior leaked water everywhere we had ants everywhere ! We ended up leaving early because of all this and we had to sit wait on people come fix things and look at things when we had plans and ask for a little refund but no one has ever called r spoke with us on that! I would not recommend staying here at all bc they don’t keep their word and what they claim they have they don’t!!!

Good location but bad housekeeping

Our reservation was for 6 people. The room was only stocked with a 3/4 roll of toilet paper. The bed in the master bedroom did not have a flat sheet (only a fitted sheet and bedspread) the upstairs bed had fitted and flat sheets and one blanket. There were no other linens for the pullout bed. The cable in the living room did not work. I called the property manager and about 16 hours later someone brought more supplies and fixed the cable. The ceiling fans and the furniture were thick with dust. The downstairs tub and upstairs sink had slow drains. The complex was very convenient to area attractions and had easy beach access across the street.

Awesome View!!

This place has an amazing view. Very nice that there is wonderful convenience & Liquor store right next door. They leave you with a lot of starter amenities for you to start off you your trip. It was great. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view of the Gulf.

Pictures pretty much are exactly what we found at location. Unit is dated, I really felt carpet needed to be replaced as I felt it had not been cleaned in sometime, I could be wrong and it was just aged. Kitchen has everything you need including toaster and blender. The balcony was our favorite as we just had a wonderful view of the Gulf. Loved that we were next door to a small grocery store with a wine/liquor store and a small boutique. Also just a short walk to Thomas Donuts… trust me, you want to go there in the morning and evening for ice cream. We did have a problem our first few days as the air wasn’t working. We had a great time, and for the price of the unit, I would never complain.

Ice maker did not work when we got there, plug in master bathroom did not work, had to go somewhere else to dry your hair. Ice maker was repaired on Thursday, electrical plug in bathroom was not. A little disappointing for what I paid. Floor from the kitchen counter sagging.

Needs some improvement

There were some issues with this condo that need addressing. I have to put it on here because the first issue is you cannot get ahold of anyone when there is a problem. I guess that is a perk of renting from an individual and not a rental company. The condo was not cleaned well. Big chip crumbs left on side table, grease spots on table , food on kitchen floor, and dust on utility and laundry door. Dryer doesn’t work well, we dried one load three times. I am used to being provided bath towels in bathrooms, only four towels provided and two weren’t bath towels but thin beach towels that say Vacasa on them. Cable and internet spotty. So most of the stay was spent using up our own data.

Quiet Place

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love the location because it is quiet here. The condo is roomy and the beach is directly across the street. The pool is clean and there is a grocery store right next door.

Listing makes this place look good. But beware!

Cups in cabinet had spider webs. Dust ruffles in beds looke das if they had never been removed. Carpet was crusty and crispy to step on. 🤢 Pool was awfully unkept. The wall would take the top layer of your skin off as it did to my kids. Get your kids some water shoes before going in this. Everybody was smoking and drinking. Not very family oriented place. Will not be back.

Perfect location!

If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet, this is the place to stay! The location is perfect and the beach was not extremely crowded. There is not an elevator at this building. You will have to climb stairs, just to let anyone with any handicap know. It is only a short drive to all the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach and attractions. We would stay here again.

Peaceful

We had a great time. For us this place was the perfect location. Right next to the carousel, Thomas donuts less than half a mile away, beach with no interrupted views. Our group was younger so the 4 flights of stairs wasnt to rough on us. It was nice to cool off in the pool after being on the beach all day. We will definitely be back next year!
