Hi Deb. Thank you for your review and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced during your stay. Our local team strives to provide every one of our guests with the best vacation possible and we are so sorry that there are some lapses during your stay. We appreciate our guests' preferences as a means to improve and we have forwarded your comments along to our property management to consider in the future. We hope to host you again soon.

Jule, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at Island Echos. Your comments have been sent to the property so we may address your concerns. We are committed to making sure our guests have positive beach memories for years to come, and we look forward to the opportunity to serve you again..... MANAGER UPDATE: ....Thank you for providing us with valuable feedback regarding your recent Island Echos vacation. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during you stay. We have forwarded your feedback to the Homeowner Liaison that works directly with the owner so that they can address these concerns. Although we strive for excellence, there are times that we may miss the mark, and in those instances we make every effort to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Once we are made aware of any cleaning or maintenance issues our normal procedure is to send housekeeping or maintenance back to the unit to correct those issues right away and although we did offer to do so we will always respect a guest’s wishes to decline as you requested. We do not make light of your concerns but do understand and respect when a guest declines. I also apologize that we were unable to offer to move you to a different unit as there was no availability for your reservation dates at any of our properties within the area. We truly value you as a guest and appreciate your feedback. Should you consider returning to the same area with ResortQuest please call the Guest Services Manager after you reserve. They will personally ensure that your next vacation meets Wyndham’s standards. Thank you,

Hi, Sandi! The air conditioner has been fixed, and the stove and dryer are working properly. The property manager will be adding pot holders. Thank you!
