The Space:

Discover all that Panama City Beach has to offer at this upscale and serene, waterfront condo. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from inside or outside off your private, furnished balcony. The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and an attached breakfast bar, while the dining area offers additional seating. On-site, this complex offers a variety of amenities including two pools, a pool spa, sundeck, and a fitness center.



This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is less than a mile away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Reservations from March through October include beach service.

Great property

We love staying at Seychelles. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. My only complaint is that both beds & pillows need to be upgraded. Very hard mattress. Overall great vacation for our family!

This place was everything we hoped it would be. Family of 5 and was plenty big for us all. Kitchen had everything that you could need. Love that you get beach chairs with your stay plus there were 4 or 5 extra beach chairs in the closet! Best part about it was the view! Nice long balcony and having access to it from both the living room and master bedroom is amazing!!!!

Great condo!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. It was equipped with everything you would need (we also left some beach toys in the closet for the next visitors kiddos lol) it’s the perfect size condo. Not too big, but not too small so the beach wasn’t crowded at all during this season! The only complaint, and I wouldn’t even call it a complaint really, was the outside patio furniture. It was a bit rusted so as soon as we got there and sat outside one of the legs rusted off. Other than that we had the best time and the balcony view is beautiful! Would definitely book again! :)

The property was nice the kitchen needs more products a picture you know on and stuff to cook basic food the big problem is with the property itself we were trapped outside for two hours after we'd already walked for an hour and I had to stay outside in pain and sleep on the beach till the lights came back on I feel this building should have a Generator for when there's an emergency lights out here by was trapped in and other people were trapped

Beach vacation

The check in went well. The property was nice, but the room could have used a few updates/upgrades. There were very few pieces of cookware in the kitchen. We cooked a pizza one night and couldn’t find a pizza pan or pizza cutter/sharp knife. The carpet was very stained, could have used a good cleaning or replaced. The washing machine was very noisy. Overall, we loved the beach and location and spent little time in the condo so the condo imperfections didn’t affect our overall experience.

Great location, property needs work.....................

Seychelles overall is a great property. It's location on the end of the St. Andrew's Bay area is great. Close to everything, but on the quiet end of the beach. Schooners , Capt. Anderson's , lots and lots of places to see and eat. This particular unit we stayed in needs a lot of attention. Compared to other units *(Several family members also stayed in the complex the same week) this unit was tired, dirty and needed some big time TLC. The paint was peeling/chipping, carpet in the master bedrooom was FILTHY. Curtains falling down, patio was almost black with piled up dirt. So much potential and probably was a lot better "back in the day".

Great view...needs improvement though

Nice property, but mattresses and pillows need upgrading. Also cleanliness needs vast improvement. The kitchen had several sticky places and the bathrooms were not clean around toilets and guest shower curtain had mold. Door locks to deck and guest bath did not work. Light from outside elevator area shined into guest room because of gaps in window shades. Those were our complaints, but overall the unit was nice and we still had a great time despite the beaches being closed. We were only offered a $131 discount for the fact that the whole beach and businesses were closed down, but we didn't learn that until we were well into our 9 hour drive...only 1 hour from PCB.

Not a comfortable unit

Very Dirty balcony floor, broken furniture. Horrible curtains provided no light blocking for restful sleep, master mattress very very firm, bed squeaked with every move. Nasty dirty fan blades, dirty blankets. Husband’s heel was punctured by a broken door stop, he’s still in pain. No tv power remote in master, no bulb in closet light fixture. Smell of sewage in hall bathroom, both bathroom sinks are slow to drain. This unit has carpet in bedrooms and is stained and musty . Empty travel shampoo bottle left in bathroom. With TLC this unit could be a winner. I would not recommend renting this unit as it is now. The only saving grace was the beautiful beach. We’ve had good experiences the past several years at Seychelles, not this time. The kitchen was also missing a few things like a pitcher w/lid, scissors, two pot holders, a dish cloth.
