Perfect beachfront oasis!!

This condo is DIRECTLY on the beach. Although it rained 3 of the 5 days we were here, our location allowed us to explore Perdido Key, Foley, and Orange Beach. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!!!

35th Anniversary getaway:)

This condo is sooo nice and very clean!!! All the beautiful colors and prints make it so homey and relaxing!! It is so close to the beach too…off the elevator and about 100 yards to the waters edge. Everything worked out beautifully! So thankful:)

Relaxing and peaceful

We have stayed at the property before but in a different unit. This unit was perfect for our stay. Love the convenience of the facility and the proximity to so many activities. The parking is a little bit tight, especially the entrance/exit ramp. Clean and comfortable condo. Great stay

Very comfortable! Loved having the lounge chairs outside. Parking in the covered garage was impossible due to having a large truck. A nice place, thank you for providing it!!

Great beach view & clean condo !

Condo location & beach view excellent . Only suggestion would be to upgrade internet router to a Google mesh system . Had Internet fixed during stay , but still kept going out due to all the concrete . A mesh system would take care of that .

That View said it all

The view in the listing is far better in person. Condo was clean and had everything needed to relax and recover. Original listing was misleading in that it said beach service was included however upon arriving found out that it was no longer included in the cost. Will definately be back.

Beach Birthday surprise

My husband and I drove up from Tampa for a long weekend to surprise our daughter for her birthday. The property was exactly as listed and photos online were true representations of the unit. I do real estate photography... so can appreciate well done property photos. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the property, it’s overall cleanliness, and seamless booking and check-in /out process. And you can’t beat the beach front view ... simply amazing! Thank you again....look forward to our next trip to the Panhandle.

GREAT location!

Excellent location, as it was close to everything and the balcony overlooked the ocean. The views were simply amazing! The pool was great, too. Underground parking was a plus to keep our car cool. Condo could use some updates, such as a new mattress in master (creaky), new toaster, coffee maker, and mixing bowls in kitchen. The living room furniture also needs a thorough cleaning. The walkway was difficult to navigate with a beach cart, as there were too many stairs. All-in-all, though, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

Great location but POOR amenities

For this expensive daily rate of over $900/day including all the many fees, this was an old outdated stripped down condo! 1 roll of SINGLE PLY toilet paper, NO hand towels intentionally, leak of deck door when storm came through, NO salt & pepper, oil NOTHING! Definitely NOT the "STAR" treatment we expected at this price. NO notebook telling us where pool, gym, anything was located! Never found some of them.

The parking is horrible.

We were supposed to have one assigned parking spot indicated on our parking pass. Another car had it on theirs as well. Texted numerous times with computer generated answers. Called the customer service line 3 times and no one ever picked up. Never cod get to a real person. I will not ever be using Vacasa again.

Springbreak 2024

The house was okay and clean. It needs some updates. Don’t book with Vacasa. Their customer service is 0/10. Book with the actual home owner. I Told them the door handle to the front door was literally hanging and I was told it will still lock. The pool heater had been broken for weeks and I wasn’t aware. We booked there due to the pool knowing the weather was hit and miss. They won’t let you check in one minute before 4 like the actual home owner would. Book with individuals not a company. I wasn’t aware of the agency until it was too late. Their customer service is terrible.
