The Space:

Seashell tones and a lovely view set this condo apart. It's easy to enjoy it when there's a full living room area and a furnished private balcony on which you can relax! The condo's tile flooring and central air-conditioning will help keep everyone cool throughout the day. Shabby chic furniture in the bedrooms will help put you in a beachy mood - you'll be able to get there easily with the beach access available to guests. Make plans for the day at the dining table, set up right beside the well-equipped kitchen. The private washer/dryer will take care of the dirty clothes while you rest and take in the ocean air. Enjoy the use of lovely amenities throughout your stay, while indulging in shared amenities such as the shared pool and hot tub. It's all visible from your balcony - beach fun awaits!



The beautiful clear waters at Fort Walton Beach are a fun time for guests of all ages. Destin's Original Sea Blaster Dolphin Tours will take you out farther into the ocean to see dolphins and other native wildlife - they're based just over five-and-a-half miles from the condo! Guests with poles and lures will love being just over a half mile from the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier (it's even closer if you walk). Power Up Watersports takes it even further, offering up excursions and experiences (such as hydroflight!) just a quarter-mile from the condo.



Things to Know

The HOA will not allow any boats, trailers, or jet skis on property at all. Violators must be towed.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
