The Space:

With a taste of the tropics, this colorful, beachfront condo comes with everything you and your family will need for the ultimate vacation along the beautiful Emerald Coast. Prepare meals in your full kitchen, dine at the adjacent table, relax together in the open living area, or step outside and take in the fantastic view of the adjacent beach from your private, furnished balcony. Downstairs, Seychelles Beach Resort offers plenty of opportunities for fun with shared pools, a pool spa, fitness center, and easy beach access.



This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.



Things to Know

Seasonal bike rentals are available for an additional fee.

Reservations from March through October include beach service.

Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.

Senior Trip

I took my daughter and a few friends on a quite senior trip. The house was everything we needed. The location had a lot of places within walking distance to eat and shop. I wish we would have stayed longer.

Nice Vacation getaway

Was able to check in a little earlier than 4 which was nice. Lady in office on property was friendly and courteous. Everything is as pictured in the condo. Very well furnished with lots of extras.

Beach get away

We have stayed at yhis this property before. However not in this unit. The unit was very nice, clean and a very good home away from home. I would highly recommend this as an option fornyou consideration.

The condo was nice, beds we’re comfortable. Our door code didn’t work when we got there, Sunday night, had to call, got me another code, but the man gave it so fast I asked him to give it to me again so I could write it down and he pretty much refused, and I told him he was going to give me that code so I would have it now! He did! Then nobody told us that the door was automatically locked on the outside didn’t have to worry about lock- deadbolt on inside. The Tv in the family room cable box didn’t work while we were there, so only 1 Tv that worked for us, left a day early Wednesday morning instead or Thursday.

Everything was great except early check in

The room was beautiful and was very clean except for the unfortunate piece of glass my girlfriend stepped on in the kitchen… we aren’t upset about that though because everyone knows glass sticks around no matter how well you clean. The view of course is beautiful, the beach is wonderful, I love the location being right next to schooners as well. It was even better that they texted me saying early check in was available and our room was clean and ready. We unloaded the car and then the code didn’t work. We stayed on the phone with someone for 30 minutes because she said our confirmation code wasn’t pulling anything up but then at the end of the call when we read it to her again it magically appeared. It was freezing cold outside and they had to reset the code twice for us to get inside. That was honestly the worst part. If early check in is available you’d think they’d have things ready or at least make these things easier! I loved the stay and everything was great! Impressed overall!

Condo was gorgeous, spacious and facing the beautiful ocean with a very nice balcony. Our door malfunctioned locking us outside with no personal belongings. We contacted customer service and they were not helpful. We emphasized the we had a disabled person who needed their meds in the room and that we needed help as soon as possible. We were told that a message was sent to the local team and to please be patient and a locksmith would be on the way. 1 1/2 hours later we were still locked out sitting in the heat on the balcony. We called and texted Vacasa and pleaded with them the urgency and asked if we could get an estimated time when we would be helped. Vacasa’s response was to be patient and the message to the local team has been already sent. At this point we are going on 3 hours now. We call and text the company again asking if we could get a direct number to the local team for help. They said they are not able to provide the information and the please be patient…. We then asked for a manager to call us as this has turned into a urgency! They again tell us to be patient and declined to connect us to a manager! 4 hours later we start walking to find someone in the condo building to help us! There are a few companies within the condo but did not work with Vacasa. We finally find a small office near the parking garage where the local Vacasa staff was working. We couldn’t believe that it was there the whole time! We asked to be reimbursed some of our lost time.
