Located in the Grand Panama Beach Resort, you'll be just steps from the postcard-perfect beaches and a short walk from dining and shopping. Great location

It was nice location for family walking distance to beach. Condo is clean and great can improve more cleanliness couch and chairs specially and floor rugs. We enjoyed overall nice.

Everything was great! The condo was so serene and clean. And to enjoy the beachfront view!!! Just amazing! My family came on the trip w me and they fell in love w this place. I definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away to stay here— definitely a home away from home 🦋🔆

Awesome Location

The condo is exactly like the listing. Nice view of the ocean and very peaceful. Sometimes there is a wait for the elevator. But overall great.

We were beyond pleased with our stay. Tge location was perfect and central to everything. The front desk staff was professional. The elevators came pretty quickly considering the size of the building. The condo was very clean and had great kitchen ware. The view was spectacular and allowed a perfect breeze to come off the water. We definitely plan to book this same unit again.

Amazing Room

Didn't want to leave. Beautiful as the pictures. Would definitely recommend. Had my grandbabies and daughter and her husband with us and 14th floor felt safe for the babies out on the Beautiful patio. Note to owner the keurig is leaking. Everything else was amazing.

Nice room, very convenient

Easy access to beach. Room is very nice. Only issues were that neither of the tv’s worked, there were no parking passes or pool armbands. We called Vacasa for help with these items and never received any help. If you don’t need pool passes, parking passes or working tv’s, this is a fantastic place to stay. We will come back to Grand Panama resort

Times Have Changed

The condo itself was really nice with updated furnishings. The beds were very comfortable, pretty kitchen and living room. Beautiful view in Tower 1 of the ocean. The parking was tight and could be difficult to maneuver. The front desk clerk wasn't helpful at all. Just directed us to a kiosk asking if we had registered was about all she contributed. The pool was okay but not as nice as the resort next door. I think next time we'll just try a hotel. I like people and the interaction that you can get with a good hotel.

Overall

The property is much smaller than it appears. Was not very clean. Floors were disgusting. Dust everywhere. Tubs were not cleaned properly and had scum residue along corners. Tvs hardly worked. Could not use wifi, used neighbors wifi.

Perfect getway!

We so enjoyed or stay at this condo. It was immaculately clean, everything seemed brand new, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. That's where we spent most of our time watching the waves and listening to the surf. I grew up on the beach and it was like coming home. Everything we needed was provided and it was close to many great places to eat. it is also a family friendly not the crazy Spring Break places you see onTV. If we come back to Panama City this is definitely where I will be staying. Our only problem was that we couldn't get to TV's to work even with the instructions. But it was no major problem since we didn't even get around to turning them on until the last night. We just went back to the balcony. Thanks for letting us use your home. It was an unforgettable trip!!

Property was nice overall. condo was a little warn down but still nice.

We enjoyed everything other than the miss leading parking situation. The listing says it comes with a parking spot then you can purchase an additional spot for $30. Still disappointing to have to pay for 2nd parking spot but was not the end of the world. The worst part that i was never told is that once i arrived and checked in at the property i had to pay an additional $80 for both spots and our property bands. Will not be staying here again simply because when you rent a condo it should all be included in the up front cost not added in later.

Mostly great

The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured…lovely! Interior pictures are very accurate also. Kitchen has most everything you could ask for, though could use more wine glasses. Outside area is very clean. The concerns I had…..condo could use a deep cleaning, found items under a bed that weren’t mine, requested step stool because I couldn’t’ reach controls on the dryer. I had to stand on a chair because they didn’t bring one. Beach chairs only available seasonally and February isn’t the season. Would have appreciated more information on how to use TV. Did not like 2 large rugs being stored in the closet area of main bathroom! Realized Washing machine detergent drawer was full of mold so I cleaned that. Then realized the dehumidifier was also full of mold. I called and someone did come and clean it. Even with these concerns the condo is very nice and the view is wonderful!

Not so good

The unit layout was perfect for our group and the beds were comfortable, but not so clean. The floors were sticky, the utensils and cups were grimy, the shower stall had black mold in the corners (kind of a big deal when you or one of your family members is allergic), one of the bed’s sheets were crumpled and had hair on them, the bunk bed mattress cover was covered in dirt, hair and fuzz. Also, we are not sure, but there appeared to be web cams attached to each TV. So if you stay here, you may want to disconnect these or at least cover them. The guest bathroom bathtub did not have a stopper so we only had the option of one bathroom at bath times. The guest bedroom curtains did a poor job of blocking out the exterior hall light that stayed on all night long. One of the chairs on the balcony was broken. The heated pool was closed. The parking deck was full, yet a rude registration desk attendant tried to charge us $20 per vehicle to park. We had to park in a gravel lot down the street inhabited by raccoons. Prior to booking, I specifically asked about additional fees and was initially told that there were NO extra fees. After I asked again to be certain, I was told a total of $20 would be charged for parking/amenity fee. Clearly, this was incorrect and misleading information. Overall, this was not the best experience for us.
