The Space:

This beautiful ground floor unit allows you to walk out onto Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis. The fabulous living room opens up to a spacious patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Unit B226 is decorated in soothing coastal colors to enhance the tropical feel of the resort. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint round dining table with seating for four in the dining area. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, 50' TV, and DVD player. The living room also houses a set of twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. Wireless internet is also available.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Very clean. More "starter supplies" than other owners we've stayed in. Many dressers/drawers, towels, beautiful ocean decor and right next to the entrance to the "saltwater/heated pool".

Great Spot!

Super family friendly. Our 4 year old had an amazing time. Our unit had everything we needed including in-room laundry. Easy walk to the beach. May have been the cleanest beach I have ever been on. Super easy check in/out process. Short walk on the beach to some great food in either direction!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The location really was top notch for us! Plenty of places to eat close by and things to do with kids! And right on the beach! You can tell the property and rooms are getting older, and run down a bit. It will probably be time for some updates soon!

Girls trip

Great condo for families with kids, only downfall would be the walk to the beach unless unit is on beach end. Lots of pool options. Felt like being resort. Parking and finding building A B or C could be confusing.

Spring Break 2024

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and equipped. The only complaint I would have is that once the water was shut off on Tuesday the water stayed brown in the front bathroom and my daughter didn’t use that shower anymore. This was not a big problem with there being 2 bathrooms though. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will return.

Relaxing Stay

I stayed here with my husband and our cousins while celebrating my birthday. The check-in process was streamlined and simple and the host was in contact with us constantly to make sure that everything was good. The place was spacious and the property has lots of great amenities, like 2 hot tubs and a 24 hour gym. You also have access to beach chairs and umbrella and paddle boarding. Also, it's less than a 5 min walk to the beach and the location is convenient (right next to 24hr gas station and waffle house.) My only complaint is that the condo is quite empty, so if you want extra blankets or pillows definitely bring your own. Also, bring k cups because they have a nice coffee maker! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, well-stocked condo

The condo was very clean and was as described in the listing. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is in a huge complex and was hard to find at first, because you have to park on a different level, then take an elevator. We arrived when the office was closed, so we had to find it ourselves. I’m sure that when you check in at the office first, they give you detailed directions. The complex has some very nice amenities for families (in warm weather). But it is also a huge complex.

The stay was okay.

They stay was ok I say ok because the dishes wasn’t clean. The tube was dirty. The WiFi did not work it let u connect but u couldn’t use it. We couldn’t watch Netflix on our tablets. And the washing machine leaked really bad. We had to use the bath towels to clean it up. But overall was okay. It’s a nice place. Maybe it was just our unit.

Great For Families

We stayed with our 19month hold and had a really nice time. The ground level walk out was perfect for my son to go outside and run around in the grass, also made getting to the pool easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kid pool area and lazy river were perfect for our little family. The entire splash pad was out of order for our entire trip which was a bummer and I wish we would have been made aware ahead of time. We also loved being able to walk right down to the beach. The only thing that made our trip less than perfect was Vacasa, the property management company. They first gave us the wrong floor to park on which made finding our unit a nightmare. They also were not very accommodating.

The condo itself was great, though the complex is a little confusing. We stayed in the B building on the 2nd floor. We had to go to the 3rd floor walk a short distance to another elevator then take it to the 2nd floor. The complex grounds were great and well cared for with greenery and plenty of pools to choose from for your entertainment! The communication was great until it was time to leave. When we were heading out, way before checkout time, a gentlemen was getting ready to enter the condo to take pictures. He stated he was told it was vacant. If we had been a little slower leaving he would have walked right in our condo which is very concerning. This was around 8:15am and checkout time is 10am. Other than this weird anomaly, everything was amazing!

Enjoyed the stay so much that did not pay attention to some small things. For some reason, the floor when we checked in was not clean. It had some pieces of food or cookies on the floor.

The unit itself was OK except for a cleanliness issue and a maintenance issue. The biggest negative to the property was the covered parking garage which was constantly wet. With water everywhere it reminded me of the collapse of the Champlain Towers South. Otherwise, the front desk individuals are great and the unit itself aside from not being properly cleaned before my visit and maintenance issues which were slow in responding, it was OK.

Great condo with a perfect location to the 2nd floor pools. Open your back patio to the kids pool and several grills. Would rent this condo again next year!

Very enjoyable stay! We will be back!

I've stayed at a lot of different locations in the Ft Walton-Destin area, and this was by far the best location I've been to without spending a ton of money. The front desk staff was very communicative.. They called us about 12 and asked when we'd be there. I arrived early at around 1:30 from what I told them and was given a information packet that answered pretty much everything. We were able to swim and use the facilities until our room was ready at 4.. but luckily for us, our room was ready early! Which was great as we had plans and that made us feel like we didn't have to rush. Parking was great, and we enjoyed the fact there were a lot of carts and dollies that were easily found. When we walked in, our condo smelled fresh and clean. It was absolutely spotless. The sheets were fresh on the beds, the towels were fresh. The bathrooms were virtually spotless. We enjoyed the facilities. The pools were awesome. The beach access and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were excellent. We were somewhat dreading carrying our own chairs, so being able to walk out and sit down was great. We felt that we were in a great beach location for our family as we saw a bunch of marine life while swimming and the beach was clean. We loved it so much, we called to try and get another night added on but it was booked already. :( Check out was a breeze, all I had to do was send a text when we left, start the dishwasher and throw away the trash. Overall, I give this a 10/10. Our family has no complaints.. only regrets of not staying longer and getting nachos from the Tiki Hut by the pool because they looked amazing! We look forward to staying at more Vacasa locations and specifically this location and unit! May stay at the end of the summer again! :)

Great, nicely kept, clean unit on the 2nd/ground floor. The text check in and check out was very convenient and communication with the property managers were excellent. The only thing that was confusing was the parking situation with the different levels and building entries. I would advise familiarizing yourself with their parking instructions and layout before arriving. We were unable to go to the beach because of hurricane-like weather, but the kids enjoyed night swimming in the pools (even though it was only 70 degrees :) Overall, a wonderful stay at Waterscape.

Room was nice but there were a few things I would change. I would change to the 3rd floor due to parking garage elevator does not stop on B2. The location was good if you have small children because near the splash water area. Pretty long walk to the beach. The leather couch, chair, & foot stool had an odor like a wet dog. I couldn’t sit on them. Beds were comfy. The only other concern was the ill fitting front door. Crack between door and jam was about a 1/2 inch.
