The Space:

This inviting condo sleeps up to nine and offers guests the best of Gulf-front living! The kitchen, living area, and dining area offer plenty of seating options for all and are open to the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from your sliding glass door that leads out to the private balcony. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from here, just high enough to see for miles and miles, while listening to the sounds of the waves gently washing ashore below. Guests will also enjoy access to shared pools, a children's water play area, and a well-equipped fitness center all right on-site.



For a little fun, this vacation rental is located within a mile of Gulf World Marine Park and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track & Golf. When you're hungry, this condo is within walking distance of local favorites.

Good Unit

This was a great unit for our needs, EXCEPT: 1. The Tv's were NOT user friendly and 1 didn't work at all. 2. The security at this condo was out of control. They were nitpicking EVERYthing we did! 3. The master bath toilet just ran all the time . 4. The master bath tub took FOREVER to drain. 5. The shower leaked in the master bath. 6. The fan in the kids room did NOT work and it made it warm in there. 7. The door to a smaller closet was broken in the master bedroom. Overall, we had a good time but would not stay here again due to the strict rules of the pool. You could not have drinks or floats in the pool and it closed at 10 pm which is early for us on vacation.

Horrible

We were greeted when we first walked in our room door when the awful smell of fish hit us in the face. The whole condo smelt like rotten fish. The condo itself was spacious for us 9 people. The room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned. We had to wear shoes the whole time because the floors were so nasty along with sand and dirt all over the couch. We only received a few towels for 9 of us. Our toilet in the master bath was broken and we reported it to staff which stated someone would be by to fix it and no one ever came. The ceiling fan in the bunk room didn't work. No batteries in remote for tv. The master shower head was broken so only a small amount of water would come out luckily my husband was able to fix that. The coffee pot was melted through so not able to make any. The closet door had to be placed back on henge to be able to close. The majority of these issues were reported on our first day but no one ever came the whole 5 days we were there. Definitely will not be staying here again.

This place is great for a family vacation!!

We really enjoyed this place it was clean. The only thing I would change is they have no ice machine for guest, you have to pay for $4.00 for 10lb bag of ice.

Sunrise Condo 610

Everything was nice in the condo. My only complaint is the couch and chair in the den are so dirty. We put sheets on them to sit down. I would get new ones. They also didn’t leave any sheets for the beds in the bunk bed room. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo.
