The Space:

This ground floor unit will allow you to step off of your patio and onto Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This peaceful unit offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. WiFi is also available in the home.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Perfection

We stayed for as a family of 5, and hands down the best experience and facility we've ever stayed at...and we travel to Florida every year. It is very convenient, amazing facilities, we always felt safe and the staff was always present and helpful!

Perfect Stay!

Took a last minute trip with my husband and 2 small children to the beach for my birthday. It was so peaceful and absolutely perfect! We will definitely rent this property again, if possible. Highly recommend!

Great location and great price

Perfect spot to walk to pool/waterscape area. It's at ground level which was perfect for us. Bring non stick spray or your own non stick pan if you plan on making pancakes lol all pots and pans are NOT non stick. A few vertical blinds were missing but we would stay again. Highly recommend.

Map of units

We were pleased overall with location of unit. When we were booking it, it was very hard to tell the exact location of the unit. It would help if overall property map was available during the booking process.

Beds were worst I've ever had. At such an expensive price I expected decent mattresses. Curtains in room did not give privacy from resort guests looking in. Don't be fooled by ground floor location. There is a ground floor and then a second story ground floor. Resort was fun. Wouldn't stay again. Will look for more comfortable rooms.

4 night stay

We loved the amenities offered. Towels, hand, and kitchen towels were provided. Two detergents and dishwasher soaps were provided as well as a kitchen scrub and dish soap. No beach towels or wash cloths. We loved having the option for a gas grill and there are several. The one heated pool was awesome. We also enjoyed the two hot tubs. We used the two beach chairs and umbrellas every day. Check in was easy. Parking is free. My only complaint was the mattresses were ran down and needing replaced. The couch had a stain and was also not the best. Otherwise, we did not spend a ton of time in the space. We went there for the outside areas. We enjoyed our stay!

Love the waterscape

This particular condo wasn't very updated. It had everything you need supply wise and the beds and couches were nice and clean. Under the beds weren't cleaned and the floor was pretty dirty. Kids had dirty feet after about 30 min of being in the condo. A few things needed to be fixed like scuffs on the walls and one of the shower doors didn't close properly. BUT we loved the location of the condo! Ground floor and right infront of the kids pool! Everything else was great i would consider the negative (lacking in cleaning a bit) to be a minor thing. Other than that we loved it and really enjoyed our stay!

Minimal amenities

The waterscape property was amazing the condo itself left a lot to be desired for the large sum that was paid- for the price it should have been 5 star quality. sheets were an issue - blinds are cheep and need more coverage especially being bottom floor. Kitchen did not have pot holders or grilling utensils. Dishes were dirty that were in drawers and cabinets. There was something nasty brown looked like poo on the wall that I scrubbed off that was near my youngest beds wall. Again property itself is fantastic but this condo left A LOT to be desired especially for the price.

Decent unit for the value

We snagged this unit for a last minute spring break getaway the last week of March into the first week of April. I read through several reviews on this unit and was kind of nervous to book it but the low price was very intriguing so we pulled the trigger. Upon entering I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to see that the striped sofa in the family room had been upgraded to a newer, light gray sleeper sofa. The console tables, end tables and coffee table were also upgraded so you can see they are trying to make efforts to improve the unit. The oven stopped working on us the first day so we were forced to eat most meals out, the property management did compensate us some for the inconvenience but I know it would be a huge issue for most wanting to cook meals in the unit. The blinds definitely need to be swapped out for privacy curtains with the unit being ground level and off a popular walking route to and from the pools. I was a paranoid mess finding a place to change when it was dark out since some blinds were missing or had gaps. None of the locks on the doors for the bedroom or bathrooms worked so you can forget about feeling private and secure in either. The unit definitely needs a little more tlc as it does not seem like a priority for whoever owns it. The TVs also are not smart TVs so make sure you bring a game system to connect or dvds to play. Personally, I would not book this specific unit again regardless of the lower pricing that may pop up.
