The Space:

Beach Peach' is the perfect vacation getaway offering additional sleeping space and lots of room! This two-story, three-bedroom, three-bath home is beautifully decorated with Florida decor and features a second-floor sitting room for quiet relaxation, a large front porch, balcony, master bath Jacuzzi, grill, and stacked washer/dryer. Conveniently located close to the beach. Parking is limited to the driveway only. No streetside parking is allowed at any time.



THINGS TO KNOW:



Wristbands are required to be worn at the pool and beach during the season (Mar-Oct) and can be purchased from the beach vendors located at the beach pavilion for $30.

When we checked in to the house there was still sand all over the floors and the tables were sticky. bathrooms were not super clean either. i feel as if the house is listed as more up to date than it really is and that it is quite out dated for the price. also, the house had basically nothing like the other houses in the neighborhood, no wagon like all of the other houses had, no beach chairs or beach towels. no a necessity just a nice addition especially when every other house in the neighborhood has these out and labeled with what house they go with.

The dryer didn’t work the entire time we were there and no one offered to provide fresh linens or laundry service. While the dryer would heat clothes would not dryer due to air flow issue from the first time we used it.
