We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It rained but there were plenty of games and movies to keep us entertained. The room was clean and check in was easy.

Most everything was wonderful…the cleanliness, the view, the beds. A few drawbacks: cable kept going out and we don’t have streaming accounts. Host tried to help but still didn’t work. We had troubles with it for 5 days before a Technician came out (due to Thanskgiving), but was a hassle to wait around for him to come. Paper towel holder broken. Only 2 dishwasher detergent packets (for a 9 night stay). Overall, was great though

Good location, clean, and comfortable

Location was good close enough to the action but far enough away so it wasn’t crowded. Condo was clean, comfortable, well maintained and stocked with amenities.

Great place!

The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for needs. Everything was spotless except some sandy floors which is expected on beach. One parking spot per unit was a little disappointing. Great location near food and shopping.

The whole place was nice & clean. Check in was a breeze, bed was very comfortable. Parking was close to elevator & the exit to the beach. But had a awesome view!

Fall Break

The property was just as advertised. It was clean with beautiful view of beach. The beach was not too crowded and the weather was perfect. Publix wasn’t far and directly across from Lillian’s pizza.

Short Valentines getaway

This is perfect for one-two couples or a small family. Everything was clean, convenient, and accessible. It was very cold so the cabana being 4 feet from the hot tub was THE BEST THING EVER!! We will definitely be repeat customers for this unit.

Short but lovely stay

We were up there visiting my Mom and this was one of our favorite properties we've stayed at : ) It felt very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Though we didn't have time to play any of them, they had a fun collection of board games too. Hopefully we'll be able to get this property again for our next visit! Great spot on Perdido

The unit is great. Well stocked. The cabana was a really nice bonus. Toaster needs replacing and it would have been nice to have received a refund for the beach chairs/ umbrella that were supposed to be included in the reservation. Easy parking and access to the beach and pool.

Girlfriend Getaway

The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. ( The Spring Break crowd had not yet arrived so you can imagine how peaceful it was! ) It was nice that we each had a king bed and our own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. Appreciated the large binder of things to do and places to eat. Downtown Pensacola was a short drive and was a nice distraction on a cloudy/rainy day.

Loved Perdido Key. Accommodations were great with a couple of recommendations. The 2nd bedroom needs blackout curtains that extend past the window due to light from the hallway and towels & washcloths need to be replaced. The water pressure was very bad, but I suppose that’s a property issue. Overall, we lived it!

Exactly what we were looking for … and MORE!

Used the app to check out, but it said there was an issue (in retrospect I think it was because I was on the elevator on the way down to load the car). I forgot to try it again because we were out in thr in our rented chairs. Sorry for the delay in letting ya’ll know we were out of the unit. We had a wonderful stay - listing looks great in the pics, but it was even better in person. Soooo clean and so much room - the view cannot be beat. Elevators were quick and parking was super convenient to the elevators.

Parking spots were tight, especially with construction going on in ramp. Our parking spot was blocked off for 2-3 days & we didn’t know where to park. Across the street? Really?? Could have used a beach umbrella & chairs; we were busy most days, but one afternoon just to go sit on the beach for an hour was pricey! Hot tub needed work!

Great location and rental!!!

We really loved the codo itself and the property overall. Just a couple recommendations. Property needs blankets available for bedding. The cabana was a great addition to the rental but tge lock doesnt work so we werent comfortable putting personal belongings inside. I put a ticket in on it but as of checkout it was still not locking properly. Lastly the hot tub is very small with a 4 person occupancy so that did not support a property this size very well. Other than that we really enjoying this property and would stay again.

Warm & Inviting

The unit was a great unit and loved how stocked the kitchen was. Couple of issues as the building was under repair/maintenance so we couldn't fit our pickup truck in the assigned parking spot and property management was not very helpful during our stay. We were asking in advance of our stay if the grills were working and host and property management company never responded. We brought steaks to cook for the family and had to make last minute changes for dinner as the entire area was blocked off for construction. Overall, the unit was great, view was great, and great location.

Family get a way

We had a good time on our vacation. The location of the condo was good and the area was quitter than the Gulf Shores area. The access to the beach was excellent, the elevators were very fast, and we were only a short distance to the beach, but one problem was all the steps to the beach we thought they would be more ADA compliant. We were never able to access the internet even with help from VACASA, but even if we had it was unsecured which would have been of little use. We were also never able to figure out how to get local channels on the TV in the living room. We enjoyed the balcony and the great view of the beach and ocean. We spend most of our time on the beach which was great! Robert Morrison

10/10. Will Be Back!

Great condo with a beautiful view, wonderful location. Clean and well equipped with just about anything you may need which was great because we did a lot of cooking. Master bed was comfy. Condo was spacious. Nice beach that was not nearly as crowded as a lot of beaches i've been to, especially for a holiday weekend. We will definitely return. Only one parking pass was left for us in our condo, but our host contacted us the day after check in to see how things were going and i told her that i was having trouble contacting Vacasa to get our second parking pass and i wanted to purchase a third parking pass. She brought us two more parking passes and left them for us at the door, which i thought was very nice because i didn't have to purchase the extra parking pass. Wifi could have been a little faster but we didn't spend a lot of time in our condo so it wasn't a big deal at all. We hope to stay in this condo again!

Really good overall

Pretty clean looking overall but hair on the main shower floor and a popsicle stick on the living room floor from previous guest. I always clean touched surfaces myself anyway so not too big of a deal but still didn’t like that. Wi-Fi was not good for Verizon. Otherwise it was great! Excellent location! Reserved parking spot was right by the door/elevator, elevator on 10th floor was just around the corner and steps away from our door. Balcony view was beautiful! Saw dolphins every morning! Beach very easy to get to from the condo and was not too crowded. Had to drive a ways to go do fun stuff but we already expected that so it was not an issue for us. Main bed comfy, other king bed hard, pullout couch in living room comfy for small adult. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of space. Overall, very good!

Nice condo with beautiful view.

The condo has been recently updated and was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking supplies, but be sure to bring all your own spices, oils, etc. Nothing like that was available. But, all of the pots, pans, dishes, etc were very nice and well stocked. I had trouble corresponding with the company that manages this unit. They never returned any of my inquiries prior to our stay. I had several questions that were never answered. To help the next guests with the questions I couldn't get answered, I will let you know that there are no beach chairs or umbrellas available so be prepared to bring your own or rent the ones on the beach. There are two coffee pots, a regular drip pot and a keurig. There is handicap parking, which we needed, and an elevator. The only complaint about the unit itself is that the walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor's television all night from our bedroom. And you can hear the people in the unit above you. The location of this unit is great! Close to everything...restaurants, publix, gas stations, etc. It's a beautiful beach that we have visited several times now. This condo has a nice balcony and we loved the wicker loungers so the view is perfect.
