Great location, pack your bag with essentials

First off, the location and the condo were great! We were right on the beach and had access to the. pool which was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. However, we were disappointed with the included essentials. There was only one blanket, one trash bag, half a roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, etc. This was frustrating because we were staying 6 days and this just wasn't enough and we had to go purchase all those things and ended up throwing away so much. So if you stay, be sure to pack some for your stay. The condo was pretty clean and very homey and we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful, I felt that soap and detergent and more garbage bags should have been included for the price. The condo is gorgeous and the view of the beach was great.

Amazing Views

We brought our employees for a fun weekend stay for our 5 year business anniversary. The condo was extremely spacious for the 7 of us with 4 full size nice bathrooms. Location is close to everything. Condo was very well furnished and nicely done. We will definitely go back.

Great size for our family

Great size-plenty of room for our family, owner was very quick with responses, great location-right on the beach. Only negative was parking. We had 4 vehicles and only 2 parking spots were provided. Public overnight parking was very hard to find and Vacasa management company was not helpful.

Nice unit

Very nice location and view from all the balconies. Only negative was that the tile floors needed good cleaning. If folks were barefoot, their feet were black very quickly. Also not good for 1 year old twins who were crawling.

Weeks Christmas Vacation 2021

Loved the layout and view. It was well stocked with dishes, utensils and beautifully decorated. Some small maintenance issues should be addressed: water pressure in master tub was not good; some legs on dining chairs are loose; keureg doesn’t work; the DVD player system didn’t work well. These were not major things. All people we talked to were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely consider coming again.

Birthday trip

Condo is awesome. The owners need to be aware that the ceiling fan in one of the master suites needs to be replaced, a blade is broken off and it can't be used. Also only has an 8" skillet! hard to cook breakfast! we improvised. Also we were there during Hurricane Ida and the glass door in the living room was leaking really bad with the winds and rain. We had a wonderful time and would return. Perfect for a girls get away.

Major deferred maintenance

Saving grace for this place is the Vacasa staff. The owner however allowed the listing to continue even though the bunk beds weren’t usable nor safe. Electrical issues also plagued the condo. Would not recommend.

Perdido Key

The property was a great place to vacation. But, the cleaning of the counter top in the kitchen was sub-par. Behind the faucet the countertop had a line of black gunk. Not very sanitary. Parking was confusing because the spaces are not numbered in any order. Half the outside parking was blocked off, so there was no room for extra cars.

We stayed in the penthouse which was fine. When we got there we had no idea how to get to the 14 flo

after talking to someone about an hour later, it was fine but until then it was touch and go. after you drive 3 hours and you can't get anyone on the phone that dont make for a good time
