During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

A pet-friendly three-bedroom on the Gulf is a rare find and this one can’t be beat. Remodeled to include stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops, as well as wood floors, a Whirlpool bathtub, and walk-in shower. Catch sunsets and watch for dolphins from your spacious private balcony. Head outside for some friendly competition on the tennis or pickleball courts.



Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater, or The Hub, 2.3 miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap.

Wonderful Property in Perfect Location

Everything we needed and a beautiful condo! We greatly enjoyed the pool and beach. Chair service was a bonus!Highly recommend for family vacation. We will be back!!

Great Experience

Excellent location. Easy access to the beach. Staff always available. Great beach service staff. Only con was first come first serve for beach service. I felt that there should be enough for all tenants.

Holiday Break Getaway

We had a great time! The view of the beach and the water was amazing. The pool and hot tub were right downstairs, and everyone we saw was friendly. It is so hard to find a place that will let you bring your pup, too!

Many other choices

The condo layout and view were great, however we arrived to a condo that was dirty and AC that didn’t work properly. The property Mgr did have a cleaning service come out to clean and someone came to change the AC filter. Unfortunately, this didn’t fix theAC problem. A service call to the AC company was made and he didn’t come until later the next day (now the 6th day of our vacation). We also let them know that all of the umbrellas by the pool had no pins to keep the umbrella up so we were all using STICKS! Safety issue. I called VRBO twice who punted to Vacasa who, after 35 minutes on hold, said he really couldn’t do anything, it was up to the property manager. When I asked if I could speak with the manager’s manager, he responded “no we don’t give that information out”. There are MANY other choices in Seagrove-I would steer clear of Vacasa.

On beach

Great location, pool and tennis court. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to minor things I noticed while staying there...dusty drapes with cobwebs, built up dirt in corners of flooring in bathrooms and kitchen. It just needs a good deep cleaning. Building is angled and blocks some of ocean view. But, it is just steps away to be right on the beach.

Lovely condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The amenities at the condo were great - everything from the provided beach chair service to the pool/hot tub. It was the perfect place for us to stay as a family. The kids slept in the bunk room, my mom slept in the guest room, and my husband and I stayed in the master bedroom. While the bunk room does not have a door, the bunk room is far enough from the living room it wasn't an issue once our kids went to sleep and we stayed up. Our ONLY complaint would be the size of the TV in the living room. Otherwise everything was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful.

The condo was nicely decorated and provided a lot of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The patio area was very large and had an excellent view of the ocean!! The only issue is the dryer doesn't dry clothes. Grounds of property were very well kept and kids loved the pool even in November!! We would stay in this property again.

Best balcony in seagrove.

Great condo for families. Everyone can be together or be separate in the bedrooms. The pool was amazing. You could live on the balcony. We will definitely be back.
