Waterscape A531



The Space:

Waterscape A531. Decorated in black and white with tropical enhancements, this home has many amenities to offer. The primary bedroom, second bedroom, and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Totally worth it

Beautiful condo, plenty of space, great pools and beach access. Literally has everything you need (with COVID restrictions). Staff is super nice and I loved the ability to check in via text. Would stay here again in a hot second.

Family Trip

We have stayed at this property before. You can’t beat it for the view and the space provided. It is truly home away from home. Our only complaint this time was the mattresses in our unit were terrible but that may have been the only way they got us to leave. They need replacing for sure! Mattresses in previous rentals were very good.

Last minute trip

We decided on Thursday that we wanted to enjoy the beach for the weekend so I found that this condo was available and booked it within 30 minutes. I received a call around 1:30pm from the front desk checking on time of arrival so they could have everything ready. After informing them it would be later that afternoon, they said that they would have our wristbands and parking passes in the condo waiting for us. They also sent gate code and door code an hour before arrival which was great. I don’t know that i have experienced an easy check in or checkout experience. It was a beautiful place and the employees on site were extremely courteous. I will definitely be staying here again.

LOVE THE LOCATION

I love the pool area of this condo and I'm so grateful there is a really nice gym that my husband could use daily. The room is lovely and the beds are comfy. My only small complaint is that the bottoms of our feet stayed dirty they entire stay. The floor may need a little more attention, but hey you are at the beach! That is to be expected. We truly enjoyed our stay. We walked down to the pier several times while there. It was a treat for my little girl to see turtles, dolphins, and sharks. She was free and adults were $2. Worth every penny! This location is just across the street from 2 other nice restaurants. Really you don't ever have to get in your car. We will be back!

Gorgeous place, first time in Florida with family. However the property was Not as safe as listed.

The property was okay to start with although a little small than listed. No way we weren't going shopping for Detergent tissue and household items for 7 people that were not provided. Wet towels when we arrived hanging in the bathroom. Appliances were dirty and the Dryer made a ( Loud Skweeky Noise) that was very annoying all night. I called for a credit or partial Refund do to an Emergency and Nothing. Beware of using Vacasa to get into these properties. They take your money and make you hope for the best, not really a regard for the customer. We had to call security twice because in the parking lot there was a fight between a resident and a person staying there for a wedding maybe. Not safe for kiddos at all as I had 5 with me and paid a ton of money for this stay. I hope the owners see this and reach out as we were pretty much robbed of a good time and saved for so long. I'd say rent it out your self and don't use them further( Vacasa). Didn't even provide me with a Sorry or Maybe take care or something for you next time.

Weekend at Waterscape

We have been coming to Waterscape for many, many years. This is the first time I was less than impressed with our room. The overall property is great, but there were several issues with the room. First night we arrived, all of the smoke detectors went off. It took an hour+ to go through the automated system to finally get someone on the line. It was fixed while we went to dinner so I appreciated that. The next day, I washed clothes but the dryer had such a squealing noise that I was afraid it would burn up so I ended up air drying our clothes outside. The door to the shower did not properly close, so we had to use extra towels to keep water from getting all over the floor. Those things really didn't bother me though as I understand stuff like that can happen. What did bother me was the roaches. I did not see any the first night and just a couple the second day, so I didn't call the property manager hoping that was all it was, but the third morning I woke up much earlier and they were all over the kitchen. I killed 7! That was very disappointing for somewhere we have always loved to go.

Communication was easy and seamless from start to finish, which made everything stress free. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, making it simple to enjoy the water whenever we wanted. The pool and lazy river were a huge hit with the kids and kept them entertained the entire time. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this home. The view is beautiful. The home is very clean. The beds were comfortable. My girls loved their private space on their bunk beds with lamps and a place to plug in their tablets. The bathrooms are huge! The resort staff are extremely kind and helpful. My kids loved the pools. The heated pool and hot tubs were a hit on cool days! There are so many restaurants, shops the boardwalk and pier within walking distance and Destin’s Harbor Walk is a short 7 minute drive away. This is the perfect location. We didn’t want to leave!
