The Space:

This cozy, beachfront condo features a private, furnished balcony accessible from two sets of sliding glass doors. Other features include a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, a dining area, and an inviting and sunlit living area. Guests will also have access to on-site resort-style amenities including shared pools, a children's water play area, fitness center, and easy beach access.



For a little fun, this vacation rental is located within a mile of Gulf World Marine Park and Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track & Golf. When you're hungry, this condo is within walking distance of local favorites.

Great!

The kids enjoyed the pool and beach! Having beach chairs made it easy to ensure we had a spot to come and go as we pleased. The room was great and had everything we needed. We liked being close to the elevator and never had any issues with noise from it.

I sure love the Sunrise condo and staff

The place and staff are always so awesome. The wifi was very slow. We couldn't stream any services. There wasn't any Tupperware and wish the cookware was a bit better. The dishwasher didn't seem to clean properly and had to run a couple time then finally hand washed them. The room was decorated very cute and we felt at home minus those little things. What a great vacation.

A great beach getaway

This was our second time staying in the Sunrise Beach Condos, and our first staying in room 1906. Note that the door to this condo is directly in front of the elevators. Initially, we were concerned about noise from people waiting for the elevator. Although we occasionally heard noise during the day never at night and it didn't wake us. Of course, we slept in the master bedroom in the front of the condo. The second bedroom's exterior wall is on the elevator side so not sure how quiet that room would have been. The kitchen was well equipped and the icemaker worked in the fridge, something we don't always get in a beach condo rental. It was nice have two full baths and the master bed was comfortable. The balcony is covered and very large as it spans the width of the living room and master bedroom, and had plenty of seating. The location of the condo can't be beat. It's at the west end of PCB so you can get to it coming down Hwy 79 and avoid al the traffic at the east end. It's walking distance to several restaurants so we never had to drive to dinner. We would definitely stay here again on our next beach trip.
