The place was wonderful. Kids loved the spiral stairs. We loved how close it was to the beach and that there was a pool.

Great location

Great location to stay, walking distance to the Shrimp festival which was one of the reasons we in in town. The condo was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

There were a few cosmetic damages that need to be addressed, however none of these interfered with our stay. We enjoyed this condo very much, however if you have a 3 yr old that likes stairs please be mindful of this when booking this condo. Mine loved going up and down them.

Quick beach getaway

This is a beautiful property that sits on the beach. Allowing pets and being “on the beach” makes this property a number one on my list. We will definitely be back!

We checked in at 4 on Friday to no air conditioning. They wouldn’t answer the phone. I tried Saturday morning to report it they said they would send somebody to fix it when we returned Saturday late afternoon. It was still 75 no answer when we tried to call again so Sunday morning I emailed him and fussed about it and they finally sent somebody out Sunday afternoon so we spent two nights and three days and 75 air in that condo.

Exactly what I expected!

Very pleased with our stay. The room was exactly how and what was advertised. The staff I did meet (Security) was very polite and welcoming. These units are in a great location and easy to navigate. My family and I can’t wait to return later this year!

Great Location

Great place. Just don’t have a washer or dryer in the condo. And no pot holders or dish rags.

Peaceful and nice location

Property was very comfortable and easy access to beach. Too large for just the two of us, so we didn't use the upstairs. But if you have 4 to 8 folks, it's plenty comfortable for everyone. Property was well maintained and clean. Would definitely return.

Anniversary trip

Nice place. Close to the beach. Could have had a little more information in the room about the laundry and outside shower. Also the key code was way too long. Perfect time to go….not crowded at this time of the year

Property is on beach which is great! If you have bad knees should request lower unit. We had to go up 4 flights of stairs. Other than that we would stay there again

All was good, I would advise others that two flights of stairs was quite much when going up and down multiple times a day. Also, no RR on pool level for pool and beach meant even more steps

2 night stay

Very nice stay- clean & everything you need for a vaca. I did miss a hairdryer. Maybe it was there but I didn’t find it. The 2 flights of stairs were a bit much for us old grandparents. We didn’t have a view of the beach but it was hust around the corner. The place was cute, cool & comfy!

2025 family vacation

When we got there we could smell weed in our room. But that was no fault to the management. We didn’t care it went away or we just adapted to it. Other than that it was a clean and welcoming place to stay. We had issues with Netflix working. Again no fault to management as people before us logged in with a pin and we were locked out. We wouldn’t have cared but the grandkids were with us and it was raining so they had nothing to do. Management bought a Roku stick and no further issues. Basically a great place to stay and management was great. Took care of all of our small issues. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were a party of 7, and the condo was comfortable for us! The rooms, beddings, furniture, everything was clean and nice! There were plenty of towels and washed clothes. I misread where it stated the washer and dryer. I thought the room had one in it, but it was actually washer and dryers for the entire condo, which was still fine. I just think they should maybe put in a change machine for quarters. Finding quarters there to wash and dry clothes was like asking for an arm and a leg. But overall we really enjoyed our stay! Loved how close to the beach we was!

Out dated bed mattress and furniture

We love the location and friendly property management. We stayed there 4 nights and my back hurt so bad from the out dated mattress. The pain was awful and I don't ever have back pains. It was not relaxing to sit around and watch TV, because of the living room furniture, being out dated. This rental would be great with a sectional couch with recliners and new mattresses. Just my opinion

Disappointed 😞

The unit was waaay smaller than pictures appeared online. Was not told unit was on a 3rd floor walk up and i am disabled. Fees were almost as much as the entire 6day stay. Upstairs stayed hot while main level was freezing. Pool had too many condo issued tubes in the water. Caliber of guests were not what were used to. Bill did not show breakdown of the fees. We will not stay there again nor recommend anyone else to either. Ive used vrbo for many many yrs and this was our 1st unacceptable stay.

Mixed review

The condo is on the third floor. There is no elevator. It's only on the second floor if you aren't counting the ground! I understand that the place is dated, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't have a nice broom. The one in the closet is probably older than me and broken. If you want the people staying there to clean up after themselves, provide a nice broom for all the sand you know we are dragging in. Also, please provide more linens. There were no extra towels if anyone spilled something. Or if we needed to clean up the kitchen. Other than that, the condo was perfect for the vacation and served its purpose. We were able to make/eat food, sleep, and get on the beach quickly. The shower had amazing water pressure.
