Good place to stay

I think this the best place for us to stay with the older generation that we are everyone we meet was close to our age and all very nice. Our room was just what we needed it was clean with a great view of the ocean on the third floor and the heated indoor pool was just what my wife loved

Roach problem, we replaced clock battery and I washed decorative pillow covers which looked they hadn’t been. But it is a cute place, great location, can use some tlc paint and entry way door framing.

Checked in and immediately found several roaches. We contacted to host and got a prompt response. They refunded the cleaning fee and said they would get pest control involved. Its been a full day and we haven't heard from them and pest control never showed up. We've seen 2 dozen more roaches since. Would not recommend.

First of all let me say we LOVE The Plantation Palms! This was our 4th stay there and will be back, just not in this unit. The cleaning crew did not do a very good job. There was still a popsicle stick on the balcony someone left, just an example. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broke, you can’t tell me they didn’t see that and report it. There looks like quite a bit of water damage and the unit smelled muggy when we got there. Also it just looks neglected and needs some updating.

Our local manager noted that the toilet paper holder has been fixed and the housekeeping team was informed of any cleanliness concerns.
