Regarding the TV, we hadn’t received any prior complaints, and it wasn’t brought to our attention during your stay. However, we will inspect it as soon as the current guests depart and replace it if necessary to ensure the best experience for future stays. The loose tiles on the outdoor patio were repaired shortly after your visit, but we sincerely apologize if they caused any inconvenience during your stay. Had we known at the time, we would have addressed it immediately. As for the pool, the maintenance company confirmed that there were no issues, and no other guests have reported concerns. However, we will continue to monitor its condition to ensure it remains in top shape. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding ventilation in the rooms without air conditioning and will take it into consideration for future improvements. Finally, we strive to maintain a competitive price that reflects the villa’s quality and prime location.
