The Space:

This fabulous beachfront condominium is located right in the heart of Orange Beach, adjacent to the warm surf and the soft sands. This gorgeous, family-friendly condo offers a deep, furnished balcony with stunning Gulf views, a contemporary living area, and a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen. Summer House offers its guests a host of deluxe amenities including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, grilling area, fitness room, tennis court, basketball court, and dry sauna.



Less than three miles up the coast, discover fine dining, boutique shopping, and a full-featured marina offering opportunities for deep sea fishing, diving, and other watersports, all at SanRoc Cay Marina. For a day of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle the miles of trails that wind throughout nearby Alabama Gulf State Park. And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental.

Great family trip

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location, quiet and clean property. The condo is a little older; but still nice and comfortable for our family. We would stay here again.

Great location!

The location of this condo was perfect! It’s right on the beach and pretty centrally located on the strip. We loved laying in bed early in the morning seeing and listening to the waves.

Girls trip

Spent the weekend here for a girls trip. It was 5 of us… plenty of room, spacious kitchen, balcony views we beautiful. Loved the direct access to the beach. Well definitely stay again. Tim is undergoing repairs but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the condo.

Great condo & wonderful location!

Condo was situated right above the pool over looking the ocean. Balcony was spacious & relaxing. Condo clean & roomy. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable, but overall experience was super.

Great location! Walking distance to Adventure Island and many souviirneer shops. Beaches and condo grounds were clean. However, the comforter and sheets on beds upon arrival was dirty and the bathroom had mold above tub!

Summer House in May

Facility was nice and well kept. Had no problems other that determining what room I was staying in, luckily the guard keeping the gate knew. No problems :)

Overall great complex, not the cleanest though

Loved the location on the beach. However, our condo had some wall damage and the sheets had some mystery crusty stains on them. Other than that the condo was amazing with lots of space to move around

Family Vacation

Our family of five stayed for a week over spring break. The condo was very clean, although the overall property had some issues. (Entry door, sliding door handle, and balcony ceiling. Also the pool was closed for a day due to tiles falling off.) Nothing that hindered our overall trip though. Location on the beach, and a beautiful balcony were fantastic. Also the beach was not overcrowded as some of the others were. Checking in was easy and also checking out. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Overall it was a good place to stay. Thank you!

Awful

No parking. Construction. Had to cross busy highway. Stayed on 12th floor. Both elevators down at times. Sister has heart condition. Wife got infection. Awful! Misleading advertisement.

Summer House Condo

Overall the experience was very good. If I could make one suggestion… the entrance door is desperately in need of a coat of paint. My first impression was not good upon entering the property and I was afraid of what I would find behind the front door. However, the overall condo and furnishings were quite adequate and we enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend spending a couple hundred bucks to get the front door sanded and painted. I would rent it again.

Nice place but no host

The place and location is great but there's no host. First time I opened the living room door to the balcony, the handle was broke so hand slipped and sliced open my finger. Tried to call vacasa and was routed to a call center. After ten minutes on hold I gave up. The water heater is set so high the faucets will burn you in seconds. The washing machine is so loud it sounds like a diesel truck running in the living room. Terrible neighbors, we had to squeeze by all they're beach stuff to get in or out of our door because they had stuff piled up taking up most the entry way. I've never stayed at a VRBO that didn't have a host that could be contacted when needed. Will never stay at any property manager by vacasa.

Disappointed with communication

We called several times talk to staff member but never got response from the question I asked Both myself and daughter in law called several times loved the area Would come back but to orang beach but will not book with Vacasa. No respond with management We had no Drapes in the main bedroom the bedroom facing the beach. We called on Monday no respond so we called Weds I talked to staff member about no drapes I said please call or texme if someone is comming in to fix the drapes. They came in no call or Tex there was a note on door could not fix it at that time. I did not like they entered with out permission. So again on thur they again enter without permission to fix the drapes. The drapes were we left the next day to go back to Pgh. No call or Tex from management. Poor awful communication.
