The Space:

Warmly and uniquely decorated with vibrant colors and artistic furnishings, Admirals Quarters 203 brings a dose of modern comfort to your Orange Beach vacation. This Gulf-front condo is perfect for a beach-going couple or a small family, offering a comfortably furnished balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and a newly renovated walk-in master shower. Enjoy the marvelous shared amenities that include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a sauna, a gym, and a grilling area.



This stylish escape is part of the Gulf-front Admirals Quarters, which sits half a mile east of the center of Orange Beach. When you're not swimming and sunbathing at the beach down below, you can go jogging or walking in the Gulf State Park (just over a mile west), get out on the water at Zeke's Landing Marina or the Orange Beach Marina, or catch a glimpse of nesting sea turtles at Perdido Key State Park (seven miles east). You'll also be an easy drive from Adventure Island, Waterville USA, the many shops at The Wharf, and local favorites for food and drink that include The Flora-Bama, Big Beach Brewing, Pleasure Island Tiki Bar, and Fisher's Dockside.

We had a great trip. Views are spectacular. Condo was nice, needs some maintenance on main sliding door. Very difficult to open, used master bedroom to access the balcony. Personally I would eliminate safari themed items, do not go well with a beach theme. That’s just a personal thing. Overall stay was a 9/10.

Beautiful Balcony and close access to beach

We had a wonderful stay. Great access to beach and a big pool. The condo was very spacious. Wonderful trip! We would of appreciated more towels in the bathrooms.

One of our best vacations ever!

So easy to book this Vrbo, locate and enter. Communication was very responsive with the Vacasa group. This is a beautiful place. Oceanfront property with an amazing view. We walked the beach every morning and did some firsts in our lifetime (helicopter ride, sailboat ride, Blue Angels air show). Go and enjoy your stay at this beautiful location!

Great Place to Stay

We loved the 2nd story condo very much. The pool is great and very convenient to everything. The only thing is I am not sure the Queen Bed in the second bedroom is a Queen more like a full. The bunk beds are great. They had supplies for the beach which was great. I will definitely rebook this specific one for my next trip.

This condo was well equipped and easily accessible to the pool and beach. Admirals Quarters is a smaller property that is not as crowded as some of the larger ones. The condo was tastefully decorated. Coffee pot requires round filters.

Fantastic vacation!!

Beautiful condo! The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff was super courtesy and efficient. Smokey, the security guard, is so sweet. If you see him, take a minute to have a short conversation with him. He enjoys the interaction. Lovely pool area. This place has been our favorite by far.

Beautiful condo! The view to the beach was wonderful! Great location to restaurants and entertainment. Master bedroom mattress is probably due for an upgrade. Not the most comfortable! And the one downside to the condo amenities is no hot tub. Other than that I rank it very high and would stay there again.

Very clean..I almost always have to mop floors because my grandson feet would get black but not this time..the floors along with everything else was clean..condo was updated an comfortable with great amount of seating, including deck..it was very quiet and would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to have a great experience..thanks

Orange Beach

The property was beautifully decorated. Check in was easy and convenient. The floors were wet from mopping when we arrived at 4:00. There was a mold smell under the bathroom sinks. The king size bed was not comfortable. It slopped on both sides and it was almost impossible to get comfortable on the matress. It was noisy at night being on the second floor. You could hear people coming I'm from the beach and pool area. I would definitely stay elsewhere next time.

The property location and view were terrific. The property cleaning before check-in was not up to par...dirty garbage can, dirty socks left next to the washer, used tissues in bathroom drawers, dusty furniture. Management wanted to correct, but that meant we would need to either waste our vacation time for the cleaning or allow entry when we were not there. Main TV did not work...management tried changing remote batteries, which did not work...we heard nothing more from management about the broken TV during our stay.

Cleanliness

With covid we expected to walk in to a freshly cleaned property, it was very musty smelling, floors were really dirty, our feet were black, bathrooms were not very clean as well. 2nd bedroom tv would not work

Weather wasnt good but our condo was amazing!

Very little communication leading up to the trip compared to other condos. Also dont understand having to go all the way out to Kaiser reality instead of just emailing the number. After a 15 hour drive and getting there late already no one wants to call and mess with all that. Quite disappointed with that part. Other than that very clean, many things to use, smell and feel was spot on!

Needs a bit of work

I stayed at this property couple of years ago and it's declined a bit in appearance since then. Kaiser does a fabulous job and I would rent from them again but I would avoid this unit as it was dirty and there was mold in both bathrooms and much of the items in the kitchen were broken or damaged. If you walked around on the floors with socks on they were very soon dirty! I washed the kitchen floor the night we arrived and even though it had obviously been recently swept it was not clean. Kaiser was great though they were responsive and timely!

Great location and ocean views.

Unit was not cleaned appropriately. Very dirty overall. Extremely disappointed and I have pics for proof. Had only 1 wash cloth, and 3 bath towels in the whole unit, 0 hand towels. Messaged Vacassa and they resolved the towel issue within about 30 minutes. Spent over 2 hours cleaning and disinfecting unit myself which is something a guest should never have to do. Pictures online do not match current decor. Location was perfect and oceanfront view was spectacular. Would not rent this unit again based on lack of cleanliness. Left the unit far cleaner than it was at arrival.

Nice property.....

A little run down from the first time we stayed 2 years ago but still nice. Needed new light bulbs in several spots. Not enough trash bags. No supplies at all (i.e. light bulbs and trash bags).....Someone had taken all the TV wires and mixed them all up. My husband had to fix everything so we could watch movies on DVD player. Looked like someone had purposely moved all pictures so they were all hanging crooked. Only one of the bathroom fans worked. One didn't come on at all and the other made a horrible sound when you turned it on. Dishes dirty in the cabinet. Just has some minor maintenance issues. Still beautiful and comfortable.

Condo Badly Needs Updating

The location and layout of the condo were great. The condo was merely quick cleaned rather than deep cleaning. For example, there was mold in the master shower and front door itself was amazingly filthy! ALL the living room furniture needs to be replaced! It’s old, outdated, and the couches are in terrible shape. The appliances are outdated. Rusty washer & dryer (on the outside), electric stove is old, dishwasher struggles. The linens were worse than cheap hotel linens. The Wi-Fi was pathetic at less than 10Mbps. Lots of construction/renovation of other units going on making a lot of noise in our condo. The description by Vacasa said “all Vacasa units had been recently updated.” They must have missed this one!! :(

Vacasa Very Slow to Respond

The property was great, but I gave it a poor rating because of Vacasa. Emails prior to our trip were never returned. Calls were on hold for an hour without an answer. We had no towels when we first arrived. Our sheets were terrible and I emailed very early in the week. I got a call at 4:30pm on the last day telling me they would replace them. My sister in law had the same issue with sheets and they were replaced immediately by the owner. If I stayed here again, I would only rent a condo with an owner. One daughter had an owner and everything was addressed in a timely manner. My other daughter had her condo through Vacasa. Her multiple requests concerning mold and mildew in the bathroom were never addressed.

GREAT Location, Needs Some Updates

We enjoyed our week-long stay in this unit. We loved that we could park basically directly outside our unit as it was really easy to load and unload with kids. The walk to the beach, pool, and gym were super easy. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need as far as a laundry basket, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. There are a few updates needed throughout the condo. The biggest being the master bed. As one previous reviewer stated, there is a lump on the middle and then it slopes to each side, making it pretty much impossible to get a good night's rest. I'd say the mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. The pots and pans all need updating, as they have major scratches. If that bothers you I recommend bringing your own from home. There were areas of the condo that needed a good dusting, and there were some sketchy stains on the blankets that covered the beds. The sheets were clean so I just covered up with those. We would definitely stay in this unit again due to it's amazing location and ease of access, but hopefully next time we come some of the above issues will have been addressed. Thanks for a great stay!

Admirals Quarters unit 203

Let me say that the layout of the unit is very accommodating, unfortunately their is to much large furniture crammed into the entire unit. The check in process was cumbersome, the front door e-lock code given to us to enter the unit was wrong. The explanation was that the door e-lock was changed before our visit. During our stay, the e-lock did not function properly, and we got locked out of the unit for two hours one day, and had to go through an arduous process to get back into the unit. Another issue was the cooking utensils, all the pans were scratched and in terrible shape, making it difficult to cook. The crockpot liner was cracked and had to be replaced, and there was only one hand towel for the kitchen. The rest of the unit was cleaned, but not clean, there were dead roaches we swept up, there were limited hand towels, bath towels and no wash clothes. The jetted tub in the master bathroom had not been cleaned. We had also inquired about construction on the facility prior to booking (based on past experience) and we were assured that no major construction was scheduled. However, when we arrived they had a construction crew resurfacing the building (Lots of noise) and they had to close the outdoor pool for the construction. In addition, are stay was interrupted by the local maintenance crew, accusing us of overflowing the master-bath tub and after multiple inspections, it was determined that the tub had a leak inside the tub and shower was improperly caulked.
