Went for my daughters birthday and this was the worst experience ever! The property manager at The Driftwood was absolutely amazing, but the Vacasa by Avari experience was HORRIBLE! Did not receive a door code until well after check in time after being on hold for a lengthy time with no answer. When I was finally sent a code it did not work. Was not able to actually get into the unit until two hours after check in time. No sheets on the beds, no towels, no toilet paper, then there was a huge mold spot on the ceiling in the guest bath. Had it not been for two property owners and the onsite property manager calling her contacts at Avari we may not have ever gotten anything. Our problem was not with The Driftwood itself. We have always loved it there, but if you have vacasa by Avari RUN!!!
