The Space:

Discover this stunning, beach front condo located in the heart of Orange Beach. This ground floor rental features a sunny and spacious living and dining area with Gulf views, an open, well-equipped kitchen, and a furnished patio. Guests of this rental will have access to a variety of on-site, resort-style amenities including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor pool, large hot tub, sun deck, fitness room, sports courts, and grilling area.



What's nearby:

Less than three miles up the coast, discover fine dining, boutique shopping, and a full-featured marina offering opportunities for deep sea fishing, diving, and other watersports, all at SanRoc Cay Marina. For a day of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle the miles of trails that wind throughout nearby Alabama Gulf State Park. And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental.

First time in Orange Beach

Whatever the highest score is, we give it to Summer House. We loved the first floor, easy to get to beach and pool. The home was clean and spacious. Perfect set up, will book it again.

Great please to social distance on the ground floor

We needed a break from our 4 walls at home while social distancing... this was perfect on the ground corner unit walked straight to our condo from the parking lot and straight to the beach :) Perfect

Great place!

This condo was terrific! I would stay there again. Only issue I had was the master bedroom overhead fan didn't work. I reported it but it never got repaired before we departed. If you prefer air movement while sleeping like I do bring your own fan. This place was newly decorated, beds were great, and location was wonderful!

A+ Condo, View and Location

We couldn’t have asked for a better condo!!! On the ground floor: a few steps from the pool and beach access. Condo equipped with everything you may need plus a large built in ice machine. The furniture was comfy, hardly any outside noise. Great communication with properly management. Did I mention the view??? Dolphin sittings every morning sitting on our lanai. Will for sure book this again!!!

Great condo

Condo on the bottom floor with the grass in front of the patio was perfect! Only negative is the unit needs a little more attention in the cleanliness area. It wasn’t terrible…. Definitely not a deal breaker and we still had a great time.

Wonderful Weekend

We were here with our grandchildren for a wedding. A very comfortable spot. Two suggestions. If coffee pot requires filters please leave a few. Also the front door doesn’t latch easily and needs a repair. Still the space itself was perfectly comfortable and great for little ones at the beach.

Beautiful ocean view

Easy check-in and clean accommodations. Ideally located near stores and restaurants. A beautiful view of the beach which is a few short steps away. The only reason I gave a “3” rating for communication was because I received an incomplete answer to a question I had about what type of coffee maker was in the unit. FYI it is a combo drip and pod style. If you use ground coffee, bring your own filters because they are not provided.

Filthy

We checked in at 5:00 to a filthy condo. The sheet and towels were still outside in the garbage bag waiting on somebody to put them on. Called and ask about it and was told they are working on it ane never heard from anybody. We had to make all the beds ourselves.
