This property was a great place to stay due to the location of it, easy beach access. Close to other actives, had enough dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. The rental was clean but there were several things that needed attention. The A/C vents were dirty with either dust or mold. There were used band aids stuck to the wall and under beds, need more attend to detail when cleaning. The carpet in the bed rooms needs a good cleaning, they had a very bad odor, had to buy air freshers to help clear the air. Needed a couple more wash rags due to having 7 people staying at the house and each using their own rag. Also a dish rag to wipe down counters and table, only had a sponge. Would have loved to have a broom, dust pan, mop or vacuum to help with the clean up of the sand that was dragged in when coming from the beach. We stayed 3 nights and had only 2 trash bags for the kitchen can, could of had used 1 or 2 more. Sliding door in the downstairs bedroom leading to the balcony was very hard to open and when you did it only open about 8 inches and then was hard to close. On Monday morning there was a rain storm come through. The downstairs sliding door leading to the beach had rain pouring in from the door frame. The tile that the rain was pooling on was already cracked due to the wood underneath being rotten from the water intrusion. Several cracked tile that when you stepped on them they moved some and was a trip hazard.
