Located in the center of Como in close proximity to Lake Como is the modern furnished vacation apartment "Garden Vista Lago." Lake Como is the most pristine of the upper Italian lakes and is considered sophisticated and noble, but not expensive. Embedded in a uniquely beautiful mountain world, you can spend an unforgettable vacation in Como. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and washing machine. A crib and high chair are also available upon request. In your garden with garden furniture you can enjoy a partial view of the lake and the mountains. There you can plan a beautiful vacation day with a delicious breakfast or end it with a glass of Italian wine. Due to the central location, you can reach all amenities of daily needs in just a few minutes on foot, including a bakery (500 m), two food markets (950 m) and numerous cafes and restaurants (2-10 minutes walk). From the harbor, just a 9-minute walk away, boats will take you to any lakeside town. Lake Como offers a wide range of sports activities, especially water and mountain sports. Here, recreational athletes and active vacationers will get their money's worth.



The garage is available for an additional fee, with availability confirmed only the day before the guest's arrival. Pricing is based on the size of the vehicle.

Fantastic bright and modern apartment in a perfect location

The location of this apartment is within walking distance of everything Como has to offer. The check in was easy and the friendly hosts showed us all the details needed for our 2 week stay. We loved the kitchen and cooked some of our meals there, the yard was beautiful and the modern bathroom was perfect. Can't wait to return!

Nice quiet location for our stay in Como. It is up a hill, which didn’t bother us, but some people may mind. The VRBO app directions took us up an alley that probably led to the back of the building, but no way to access the apartment, so we had to back track and use google maps to get us there. The apartment was nice and comfortable, and they even brought out umbrellas for us to use during the rains. There is a lime tree in the garden! Two suggestions are to provide more bath towels (the two provided didn’t dry between showers for us), and also to provide towels/sponges in the kitchen to help with clean up/washing dishes.

Absolutely amazing!

It was a great experience from start to finish. The host was great to communicate with and super helpful. The apartment it self is clean, modern and beautiful. Has everything you need for a few days. It’s a short walk away from the main harbour. There is a shortcut if you walk left out of the apartment. Thank you once again to the amazing hosts!

Good location to experience Lake Como

We were looking for a value based (nice not cheap) to experience Lake Como. Frank’s apartment provided this for us. It was a nice flat with everything we needed. We were challenged by the walk up the hill after a few days. It was good training for the rest of our tour in Italy. Frank provided a good list of recommendations. We were close to everything we needed.

Great apartment; great hosts

I was traveling alone. Arrived by train. The station is only a 10-minute walk to the apartment if you get off at the right station! It's an uphill walk, BTW, but quite doable. Easy check-in; nice and clean apartment; great bed and bath with washer and huge shower. Yard out back offers a wonderful place to relax and look at the scenery (it won't be overlooking the lake but you will see the many homes on the mountainside across the lake. Kitchen is great though it took me a while to learn how to use the stove (and there were directions). Host and hostess are very friendly, helpful and professional. I would stay here again without question.

Pros: die Nähe zur Altstadt Como, Schiffsanleger, Gastronomie am See und Bergbahn. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben eine Garage zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Der Essbereich ist lichtdurchflutet.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung genossen. Den Gartensitzplatz haben wir jeden Morgen und Abend genutzt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hat auch gefallen, das wir nur ca 15 gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt waren.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist neu renoviert. Die kleine Terrasse lädt zum ausruhen ein. Vom Appartement kann man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.
