This sixth-floor condo has something for everyone, whether you're here to enjoy the beach or just hang out in a luxurious vacation retreat! Head down to the shared pool to cool off after a hot-weather hike or walk along the shoreline with someone you love. The suite's full kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and you can dine alfresco on the balcony.



Things to Know

Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Everything was great, only mild inconvenience was the door was hard to open and lock and our elevator on our floor was not working, condo was nice

Nice location. At no fault of the owners-one of the elevators broke the first day we arrived- which never got repaired for the entire 6 days. On the last day there, another elevator broke. Which left one working elevator. The room was well stocked and great views. The doors going out to the balcony was hard to open, refrigerator took awhile to get cold and the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. We had a great time anyways and made it all work!

This property was great being right on the beach. However it is an older unit so keep that in mind. Lots of moisture in air - sitting on furniture almost felt damp. Condo smelled musty. I had to ask for new air filter that looked like hadn’t been replaced this year (arrived a couple days later and I changed it myself). Communication back was quick but to get maintenance person to unit took over 24 hours. Kitchen light didn’t work. Maintenance came 24hrs later and worked that night but not the next day. Didn’t bother following up. Nice to have washer/dryer. Kitchen supplies are stocked. Curtain in master don’t go all the way to floor and not blackout so light comes in early. Again, it was fine 2 bedroom but felt like everything was older in person than looks in the pictures.

Due to finding bugs in the condo, around midnight we were informed that our reservation was being canceled and that we had to leave so the unit could be properly cleaned and fumigated. We were not offered another condo or any assistance with relocation, leaving us 11 hours from home with our children and grandchild and nowhere to stay during our vacation.As a result, we had to book another condo at our own expense. We spent an entire day of our vacation searching for accommodations, repacking our belongings, taking precautions to prevent transferring pests to our luggage and personal items, and relocating instead of relaxing and enjoying time with our family as planned.This experience was far more than an "inconvenience," as it was described to us. It completely altered our vacation in multiple ways and caused significant stress and unexpected expenses.Additionally, there was mold on and underneath the hide-a-bed mattress, as well as mold on the ceiling above the bathroom shower.
