Located on the ground floor, this condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa.



In the tranquil master suite, you’ll find a king-size bed, a 49” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination.



The second guest room is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV.



The guest bathroom, fully stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and bathroom amenities, includes a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of the screened porch. There’s a charcoal grill for barbecuing, and three intimate tables for two seat up to six guests.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer. Designated outdoor parking for two vehicles. RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on-site.





This is a pet-friendly unit (dogs under 50 pounds ). All pets must be leashed when outside. Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool common area. Please keep the community pristine and pick up after your fur baby. Be mindful of neighbors and keep barking to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Violators will be asked to board their pet if barking is excessive or there are noise complaints.

This property has a strict pet policy and those not in compliance will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued.



Due to HOA requirements, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.
