This is a great property for a family, 2 couples or a girls weekend! Bedrooms are all comfortable and the home is beautifully decorated in a tasteful beach vibe. Lots of nice architectural finds. The kitchen is nicely equipped with all you need including starting amounts of dishwashing essentials. The dock on the bay is a great place to relax or fish. Home is close to beaches and restaurants. This was a perfect find!

This was the most perfect little beach stay! The only problem was we did not book more days there! The house was perfectly laid out and comfortable! We hope to stay here many more times this summer!

Vacasa did a great job communicating with us, always very responsive. We loved the location of this beach house: in a cul-de-sac (so very quiet), the private dock (not a ton of people around as we enjoyed fishing and water play) & just minutes from all the other public beaches!

It was our second time staying at Chic. We have become very comfortable at this house. The only thing we miss is having an area to sit on the sun on the back porch, it is completely covered, but we are sun lovers but it doesn’t keep us from staying there. Great quiet place and it is beautiful with a pier.
