Living Space: This spacious, inviting, inspiring and open-concept layout features soft plush couches, and a dining space that creates the ideal gathering area! There is an HD flat screen TV with Steaming capability that you can log into your accounts with. WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles and cards to enjoy hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home comes with central heat and air for your comfort as well as a fireplace for those crisp fall and winter evenings!
Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.
Master Bedroom: This spacious master bedroom highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower and a spacious closet area.
Second bedroom: This bedroom has a queen size mattress.
Third bedroom: This bedroom has a queen size mattress.
Fourth bedroom: This bedroom has two twin size beds.
Additional sleeping: There is a full size futon located downstairs as well.
Bathrooms: This home has a private bathroom that is attached to the Master Suite. There is a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.
Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the laundry room area.
The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest
**NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety
Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!
BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Once a property manager has reviewed your reservation, these fees will be manually added.
