In addition, you will be only 10 miles from Historic Charleston and surrounding World Class golf courses.  This is the perfect spot to kick up your feet and relax while enjoying some of the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen! The location is walking distance to live music, over 12 restaurants, shopping, and a first-class beachfront park is just next door.  The location is also walking distance to a full-service butcher, grocery store, and seafood market. This condo faces the ocean, watch amazing sunsets and sunrises from your balcony. 315A Sea Cabin is nice and simple, clean, well-kept condo. The kitchen has a full-size oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and sleeper sofa in living space. Two small "ship bunks" will provide an exciting space for your little ones to sleep. These bunks are not suited for teens or adults. There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included. Parking for one vehicle only. Parking is very close when parking on the ocean side of the building. Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms. You will find sidewalk access for the 350-yard walk to the Harris Teeter grocery store, Subway, the butcher, and some of Isle of Palms' best restaurants.
