The Space:

This home is a rare find. Occupying the entire upper level of a modern Monument building, it was designed with the precision of a gallery and the warmth of a true retreat. Every room tells a story through original art, architectural lighting, and materials chosen with intention, all framed by sweeping Front Range views that remind you exactly where you are.



🛋️ LIVING ROOM

The open-concept living area is one of the most visually compelling spaces in the home. A floor-to-ceiling vertical wood slat feature wall anchors the room, with a large Smart TV mounted at its center and a dual-zone wine fridge and beverage station tucked alongside. Sculptural geometric pendant lighting serves as a statement piece overhead, while layered textures, from the bold geometric area rugs to the plush seating and curated abstract canvases, create a space with intentional design. Two distinct seating zones allow the group to spread out naturally, and black-framed sliding glass doors open directly onto the covered balcony, framing unobstructed mountain views from inside the home.
