I stayed 4 weeks and had a great time. Place is very conveniently located within the greater Santa maria area. Quiet neighborhood that's well upkept. Hosts were very communicative and courteous. Kitchen is a little sparse populated but otherwise all around 5 star experience

Violation of VERMIN clause of the Implied Warranty of Habitability in California that prohibits rentals with vermin per Civil Code Section 1941.1 indicating that landlords must maintain rental properties in a safe and livable condition. Report to County for violation for house and VRBO for hosting.

We take claims like this very seriously. Following this report, we immediately had the property inspected by a licensed pest control professional and an independent cleaning service. Both confirmed that there were no signs of bed bugs or any supporting evidence of this claim. Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay, and no other guests or service providers have reported any such issues. Based on these findings, this claim is unsubstantiated, and we stand by the condition and cleanliness of our property.

This place satisfied the need. It was clean and comfortable. Located near wineries and close enough to SLO. We were not provided check in instructions and it took a bit to make contact with the host. After a 9 hour drive and plans to be somewhere shortly after arrival, that was a bit frustrating. However, once we got beyond that, communication was good and we were happy with the stay.
