Special family vacation w/8 adults and one baby. Upon arrival we discovered that one tub was completely clogged and full of hair and the second tub was very slow to drain. Multiple emails, texts, and calls to American Patriot Getaways was unsuccessful in providing assistance. We then contacted VRBO who we should have contacted initially. Arrived on Tuesday and on Friday the owner became involved and sent out family friends (couple) to assist. American Patriot Getaways eventually offered a 10% discount. We requested 25% due to the plumbing issues, inability to bathe, and time it took to cycle 8 adults through one shower…not to mention the hassle and time wasted calling, waiting for call backs (some that never happened), etc. They refused. Personally, if this was my cabin I’d look for another property owner!
