Welcome to Smelterhouse Stay, a freshly updated 1917 home rooted in the heart of Goosetown, Anaconda’s most storied neighborhood. This 3-bedroom, 1-bath retreat blends early-1900s character with modern comforts, creating a relaxed basecamp for travelers who chase fresh air, open trails and unforgettable Montana moments.

Step inside and you’ll discover thoughtful updates, cozy furnishings and a layout perfect for families, adventure crews and everyone in between. Whether you’re brewing coffee before a day of exploring or winding down after sunset, the home wraps you in the easy, quiet pace of small-town Montana.

All three bedrooms feature a king-sized bed! There are three gathering spaces in this home - the living room is perfect for movie watching with a huge sectional couch large enough for the whole crew. The gathering room has a cozy couch and chairs to enjoy conversing by the (electric) fireplace. Head on up to the reading lounge, grab a book and sink into the oversized bean bag chair. There is a newly renovated bathroom on the main level.

Adventure is right outside your door. Jump on your bike and head out to the trails at Old Works Golf Course, or head towards the "C" and "A" hills to explore many of the multi-use trails in the foothills of the Anaconda-Pintler Mountains.

After a full day outside, head back to a home that feels like a quiet exhale. Cook dinner, swap stories, and enjoy the charm of a historic Anaconda neighborhood where the lights glow softly and the mountains linger in every direction.

You'll have full access of the home and the yard. No access to Primary Bedroom Closet (owners), Garage or Basement.

This home has sloped ceilings upstairs. Be aware if you are tall!
