Minimum stay requirements have been temporarily reduced for a limited period surrounding the 2026 U.S. Open to as few as three (3) nights, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Town of Southampton.

For stays between June 8–24, 2026, we are offering bookings of three (3) nights or longer in accordance with this approved exception window.

Please note: Outside of this specific period, Southampton regulations require a minimum of fourteen (14) consecutive nights.

VRBO platform settings may still reflect the standard 14-night minimum. If you are seeking a stay of fewer than 14 consecutive nights during the approved U.S. Open window, please send an inquiry through the platform and we will be happy to assist.

Given our proximity to the tournament grounds, availability during this period is expected to be extremely limited.
