For added safety, we have cameras outside the property. These cameras monitor who comes and goes and help secure the area. They are only for security and placed in common areas facing the entrance places and around the property`s perimeter, respecting your privacy while keeping the property safe.
Noise Monitoring:
Our property includes a noise monitoring system to ensure a comfortable stay for you and peace for our neighbors. This system detects loud sounds or music, especially late at night. It measures sound levels but doesn`t record or listen to conversations. If noise gets too high, we get an alert, helping us keep the environment quiet and relaxing for everyone.
Guest Verification & Damage Protection
To ensure a secure and seamless stay, all guests complete a quick verification through Truvi, our independent trust and safety partner.
After booking, Truvi will contact you directly to complete:
ID verification
Selection of one of the following protection options:
– Non-refundable damage waiver typically $70–$350, depending on the property and coverage amount, or
– Refundable security deposit hold with a small administrative fee
This process is handled securely through Truvi and must be completed prior to check-in.
1. Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated building bins before departure.
2. Do not access locked storage areas, utility rooms, or owner cabinets.
3. Report any damages or issues immediately and before check-out.
4. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
5. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted in the unit or common areas.
6. Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight; additional guests require prior approval and may be subject to fees.
7. Guests are responsible for the supervision and safety of children at all times.
8. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, including in hallways, elevators, balconies, and common areas.
9. Park only in the assigned parking stall, if provided, and do not use visitor or restricted parking.
10. Turn off all lights, appliances, and electronics when leaving the unit.
11. Follow building recycling guidelines when disposing of waste.
12. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the unit.
13. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas.
14. Do not throw items, food, or cigarette butts from balconies.
15. Furniture must remain in its original location and may not be moved onto balconies.
16. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire safety equipment; open flames are discouraged.
17. Follow all building and strata rules when using common areas or amenities, if applicable.
18. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.
19. Any fines or penalties issued by building management due to guest behavior will be charged to the reservation.
20. Noise complaints or rule violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
21. Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.
