This apartment is in a great location - steps from the beach and very central to all the restaurants, shops, bars, etc in Pacific Beach. The host was great with the communication and I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is that the upstairs neighbors sounded like they had elephants living up there but it was 4th of July weekend so I'm not sure if they are always like that or if it was just for the weekend.

Location great! Amenities not so great. Ice maker is broken. No laundry detergent and costs money to use. Not a lot of kitchen tools and needed more towels for bathrooms. Upstairs neighbors were loud.

Great location

Within walking distance of restaurants and beaches, it was comfortable lodging for the 4 of us. Hosts were very responsive with good communication. I would stay here again.

Lovely beach apartment. Clean and well out fitted. The location is amazing. About 1/2 a block to the beach. Communication was superb.

Nice Place Near the Beach

Very nice updated apartment in an older complex a stones throw from the beach. Clean and relatively spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

SD VaCay

Great place to stay because it was so close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would have appreciated more in amenities like I’ve had at other vrbo rentals (I.e. Kleenex, aluminum foil, bigger frying pan for making breakfast items).

Great location and responsive hosts

The location is less than a block from the beach, and soooo close to all the Pacific Beach restaurants and shops. It was great to have designated parking and easy access for all in our group. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of minor issues. We'll book here again.

Perfect San Diego Family Getaway

We had such a great time showing family from out of town a classic San Diego vacation right by the beach! This spot is centrally located to all the PB has to offer. Parking was great and easy, check in and out was a breeze, the place was exactly as advertised, and being steps from the beach was so wonderful. Highly recommend!

We would definitely stay here again! Our family had a wonderful time for 9 days. I would recommend staying here as they were great at responding to what we needed quickly. BUT I'm glad I read the reviews ahead of time for a realistic expectations and was prepared. Pros: -Host was extremely responsive. -We had replacement items delivered within 15 minutes. -Bike storage to lock our cruisers up on the spa fence -Location is amazing - 50 yards to the boardwalk -Assigned parking spot -Spacious unit w/room for our family of 5 -Shared outdoor patio was always available -Couches were brand new and comfortable and primary bed was comfortable, large dressers and closets Cons: -no private patio to store beach stuff (chairs/umbrellas) -no ceiling fan in the primary bedroom -mattress in guest room was uncomfortable -very minimalistic in what it provides -no beach amenities like chairs/umbrellas/boogie boards/even beach towels. -ice maker is broken -It was tidy but needs a deep cleaning, ie: grease on cabinet doors, marks on wall, grime under glass table -kitchen tools are mismatched and well used, no baking sheets/Tupperware/saran wrap/tin foil, could benefit from an inventory check list. -Outdoor BBQ was broken for our 9 day stay -1 thin bath towel per person was provided for our 9 day stay (we brought extra bath and beach towels), and no cloth bath mats, stone mat instead. Knowing all this, we would definitely stay again, I'm just glad I was aware.

Check in was fine. The apartment however had dirty floors throughout (our feet were black from walking around barefoot) dripping rusty bath faucet, mildew on the shower curtain, and a constant horrible smell coming from the master bath sink. The kitchen was adequately supplied however there were no replacement garbage liners, only two dish towels. We also ran out of dish soap. The bath towels were so thin they wouldn’t really dry and there was only one hand towel in the master. A lot of deferred maintenance. I know it’s an ideal location but even so, these seem basic to a comfortable stay. I would not recommend to any of my friends.

Perfect location!

Had an amazing stay! Place was awesome, very clean and well kept! Also Cody and Jaylin responded quickly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome place!

Loved, loved this apartment! Wonderful location, friendly neighbors, very clean. Owners emailed twice to make sure we had all we needed. Wonderful experience.
