Thomas is very friendly and accommodating. The view is wonderful. The unit is very clean and is stocked with a variety of beach toys and accessories. The location is a perfect 10 for walkability.

Ocean Front Break

Perfect location, ocean front with easy beach access. Apartment had all the amenities, comfortable bed, quiet building, close to coffee shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great location

It's a great place and location. Lots of restaurants on Mission Blvd. close to La Jolla, downtown San Diego, SeaWorld and Belmont Park. Really enjoyed the stay.

Awesome location!

This was the best place we have every stayed in Pacific Beach, and we have been going there for over 30 years. If you want to watch people on the boardwalk, see and hear the ocean waves, feel the cool breeze through your windows, and be able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, then this is the place to stay.

Perfect stay in SD

We stayed 11 nights at Tom’s apartment and have already booked another stay for next year. It was comfortable, well stocked, well located in the city, and the view from the living room window and proximity to the beach is unreal! You can open the window, sit on the couch and feel the ocean breeze. Highly recommend

Beach Front Beauty

Easy check-in and the communication with the host was great. The view out from the living room windows was breathtaking with beautiful views of the ocean waves and nightly sunsets. The place was conveniently located in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen for preparing your own meals. Onsite assigned parking was a big bonus. Highly recommend.

Perfect week in San Diego.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Tom’s condo. The location was perfect. The view was amazing and close to everything. Restaurants, bars, shops were all along the ocean promenade. The condo was clean and comfortable.
