Located in Bloomington, enjoy what this newly renovated 2-bedroom house has to offer. The gorgeous bedrooms feature a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests will find two additional living spaces, each with a comfortable bed—a sofa bed and a full day bed—ideal for extra company. There are 1.5 bathrooms. The main bath has a walk-in rain shower and double vanity making getting ready a breeze. There is also a full size washer/dryer in the main bathroom. The fantastic climate control keeps the house cozy or cool, whatever the season. Whether relaxing in the spacious living rooms or unwinding after a day of exploring, this enchanting home welcomes guests with comfort and charm. We hope you enjoy what our place and Bloomington has to offer. The house is close to shopping and restaurants. It's located about 10 minutes from the IU campus. It has a nice deck on the back with table, seating, gas bbq grill and a fenced-in yard for your dogs to run. The house is located 300 feet from a city bus line pickup location. All mattresses/kitchen appliances/ furniture were purchased new in January 2026. Living spaces have 65" HDTV's and the bedrooms have 55" HDTV's. The garage is used for storage by the owners. Guests will not have access to the garage. There is parking for 3 vehicles (2 in the driveway, 1 on street). Host speaks English and Spanish.

Awesome place! Super clean and exactly as shown in the pics. Backyard is fully 4 foot fenced. Well stocked with supplies. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful house. Really appreciated the upgrades and little extra amenities throughout the home. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making sure everything is provided for their guests to have a great stay.

Very impressed with the house. We had six people in our group going to the IU football game. House was the perfect size, was clean, and recently updated. Neighborhood was nice and several accommodations close by. This was the third VRBO we have stayed in for IU events and was by far the best.

The check-in process was fast, and we were welcomed with a helpful note and a basket of snacks. The home was clean and updated with nice amenities. We chose this location as the owners allowed pets, and our 2 dogs enjoyed their stay as well. Thoughtful touches, such as food/water bowls along with waste bags, were provided, which I thought was a nice touch. Location was excellent, and I would stay here again!

Hello, I am a Registered Nurse, and I grew up in the neighborhood. My wife and I live on the same street as our listing, so we are close by if you would need anything.

I grew up in the neighborhood. It's pretty quiet and the house is located on a dead-end street, so there isn't much traffic. There are sidewalks on the street that lead to the main road. There are several small neighborhoods in the area that are safe for walking/running. I was a runner for several years and I had a route through the neighborhoods that were low traffic and relatively flat for running.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I grew up in the house and inherited it from my parents. I renovated this house inside and out. I completed the renovation in early 2026. I designed the layout with the intention of making this house a vacation rental. I added the half bath and double vanity in the main bath to accommodate 3 people potentially being able to get ready at the same time. I chose open face kitchen cabinets so that guests can see where plates, dishes, glasses are clearly visible. We have an electronic lock on the front door that does not require a key. You will get a code before check in. The door automatically locks after 30 seconds, so you never have to worry about locking the door and there is no key to have to keep track of or turn it at checkout. All the furniture, TV's and mattresses were bought new. All appliances were bought new, except the washer and dryer. They are clean and properly working units so we did not replace them. We are constantly trying to improve our guest experience and love hosting.
