🏖️ Arrowhead Lake Private Community Access & Registration

Our home is located inside the gated Arrowhead Lake community, giving you access to private lakes, sandy beaches, seasonal heated pools, playgrounds, clubhouse, and 24/7 security.

To maintain this private, resort-style experience, the HOA requires guest registration and amenity fees for all stays.

We handle registration for you and will send a payment request through Airbnb 3 days prior to arrival. A receipt is always provided.

Mandatory HOA Fees:

In-Season (Memorial Day – Labor Day):
• $8.50 per person (age 6+) per night
• $20 per vehicle
• $20 admin fee

Off-Season (Labor Day – Memorial Day):
• $2.00 per person (age 6+) per night
• $20 per vehicle
• $20 admin fee

• One-time community transaction fee: $35

⚠️ Important:
• Registration must be completed at least 3 days prior to arrival (no exceptions)
• No same-day bookings permitted
• Late registration fee: $100
• Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay

Guests are responsible for any HOA fines issued during their stay.

Complimentary kayaks and canoe are available for guest use. A liability agreement must be signed prior to arrival.

🐶 Pet Policy
• Up to 2 dogs – $125 flat fee
