ABOUT THE VILLA:
The Space:
The main level features an open-concept layout with a bright living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom—perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day at the beach.

Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms:
- Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, breathtaking ocean views, and an oversized covered balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks
- Guest Bedroom: One queen bed + one full bed, private en-suite bathroom, and generous space for families or additional guests

Traveling with little ones? A travel crib can be arranged through our concierge team (subject to availability, additional fee applies).

A piece of paradise! We had a great visit and would recommend this home to others. A nice and comfortable rental in an A location. Having daily house keeping, pool towel and chair service and the onsite bartender made the stay feel like a resort visit.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The place sits steps from the infinity pool and beach, just as described. The staff onsite are wonderful and everything about our stay was delightful.

Another phenomenal stay at The Palms

What can I say? The Palms is our happy place. This was our second time there (in a different unit) and we just love it. The location cannot be be. Literally a couple steps to the pool and then a couple more to the beach. It's so beautiful and so convenient. The staff is incredible taking care of everything and then some.We will be back and hope to stay in this beautiful unit again.

Wonderful property!

We loved this place. Everything was beautiful. The pool And beach were right there so convenient with the kiddos, made it easy on us parents to keep an eye on them while we could still relax. The place has everything you need to enjoy the area. I would definitely stay again if I return to the Flamingo area.

Amazing property, staff and host!

I have been vacationing in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 for the past 10 years with my Family. We have stayed in many condominiums but palms condominium in playa Flamingo is by far the best! My family loved everything about it. Fantastic property, Beach and staff Jonathan the property host was excellent! I would absolutely recommend this first and cannot wait to go back!

Immaculate

They were pleasantly surprised by this villa in regards to how well maintained everything is. People were constantly working on the landscape and flowers and a very unobtrusive way. The beach is gorgeous and the daily cleaning service a nice bonus on a villa rental. We would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Beautiful

Exactly as described! Furnishings were awesome and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. Staff had quick responses to any need we had. I loved listening to waves every night after a long day on the beach. Having amazing Pina Coladas on the beautiful lounge chairs wasn’t tough to take either! Thank you for a wonderful stay, I’ve already referred you to a friend of mine..

The perfect place for our family to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Palms! Steps from the pool and beach, felt secure and safe on property. The unit was clean and had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was great for our family of 5. The concierge was very helpful with anything we needed to schedule...driver to dinner, covid tests for departure and even a chef to make a meal for us. There were kayaks and other toys to borrow too. We loved the location and were able to visit neighboring beach towns and a 30 min drive to Tamarindo. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a peaceful vacation with no stress to stay here!

The Palms is the best.

We have stayed at the Palms in the past, and in other parts of CR as well. If you want to relax, stare at the Ocean, take walks on the beach, eat at Great restaurants . Playa Flamingo and the Palms is as good as it gets. Also very kid friendly, lots of families this time. Not a lot of late night partying or clubs with dancing etc. but a convenient jumping off point for all the typical CR excursions. Zip line, rain forest, river rafting, 4 wheelers, jet skis, catamaran cruise. You can do it all from there. The property is 5 star, clean, safe, luxurious , small and intimate and literally right on the ocean. Highly recommend

This is paradise!

We saw the photos but nothing prepared us for what we found. The villa was welcoming and very comfortable. When we opened the curtains, WOW. This villa is right by the pool which is beautiful and steps to the beach . One lovely surprise was how nice everyone was that was staying at the Palms. The staff was always ready to help ,one even cut up a coconut for our granddaughter. The other guest were ready to share tips and experiences. The kitchen was nicely equipped but we only used it lightly as we ate most of our meals out. Coco Loco is steps down the beach for lunch and dinner. We hope to be back with more family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was more beautiful than pictured. Me and my family of 4 had an amazing stay at the Palms. The swing chair is perfectly placed to watch the sunset each night. The 2 bedrooms are great size with plenty of closet space, the 3 bathrooms are awesome and the kitchen has everything. The concierge team was AMAZING! They helped us stock our fridge, transportation to and from the airport! picked up and dropped off clean pool towels everyday! There is a massage therapist on-site. We did not rent a car and called wonderful Dayna at the office if we needed a ride. We did rent a golf cart which was fun to get to nearby restaurants in Mar Vista and Protereo. Oh and Coco loco which I miss already is right next door and they deliver! Book this property if you like living like a local on your own private beach

Beautiful, great location, nicely appointed, but beware of the sprinklers.

The property was beautiful, located close to restaurants (some a short walk, others a golf cart ride away), right on the beach, and perfect in size for our 4-person family. We loved the pool location, the palapas, and the bar at the pool. The rental itself had cookware, that we used sparingly, but we found it to have everything we needed. The concierge team (Alexandra) was great! Response time on What's App was very quick. She helped us rent a golf cart the same day we requested one. They also assisted us in getting access to the property on the day of arrival. So many great things, why my less than perfect review? We never received check-in instructions. When I sent 2 emails to Blue Zone Experience the day prior to our arrival requesting the instructions and how to access the property the response I was given was that they had already been emailed. Unfortunately, I never received the email, so this response was not helpful. Thankfully, when I reached out to the concierge team they stepped in and supplied the necessary information to allow us to check into the property. Our family did a late dinner on our first night of arrival. Upon returning to the property, we went to check out the work out facilities. We then were headed back to our villa. The sprinklers kicked on and we thought nothing of walking through them, until we realized that the water smells like sanitation. We all stunk! We had to take showers, us and our clothes smelled of poop! Beware of the sprinklers!
