After exciting days out, kick back and relax in one of two living areas including a front room with cinema-style seating and a large TV for streaming your favorite channels. Fabulous Location

The house faces the number 1 tee box on the golf course. Huge patio and close to pro shop and restaurant. Golf couse is in pristine condition. Great pickelball courts also. The house is great. Very comfortable furniture and fully stocked kitchen. Definitely plan to stay here again!great. Very comfortable

Loved location, but was disappointed in a few things…..no cupboard space to store food (put all out on countertops), stains in carpet came to the surface within a day, no dish towels, potholders, large pots/pans (finally went through cabinets in the garage and found some), front door lock didn’t work well, leaky hot water faucet in MBR, shower handle in MBR ready to fall off, front door wouldn’t shut if screen was closed….folder with info would’ve been helpful (with WiFi password, channels on tv, local contacts for emergencies, labeling of all remotes).

Location of home was awesome. Our patio faced the 1st Tee of the golf course. There were some minor issues that were quickly resolved. The one thing that would have been a great help is maybe some indicator what lights went with what like fixture. The patio light and fan weren’t working when we left. I am not sure if it didn’t have some to do with new fan/light fixture that was installed over dining table. We were very lucky to get a place in this community. We made the reservation January of 2023. So very fortunate to get this home.
