Located in the heart of Rancho Vistoso, inside a gated community, this townhome has a terrific floor plan with an extra den and plenty of space for a small family or two couples. This rental is only a short walk from a shared hot tub and a pool that is heated year round. Or relax in your enclosed yard and grill up some lunch or dinner on your private BBQ.

Conveniently close to Oracle Road, you will find a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping just steps from your door. Spend a gorgeous Arizona day hiking at the nearby Catalina State Park, or drive a bit out to Mt. Kimball. Learn about our ecosystem and tour a rainforest and an ocean at the famous Biosphere 2, only 20 miles away. This home is also just 16 miles from downtown Tucson where you will find great local spots for both dining and entertainment.

Comfy and convenient.

The home was exactly what we needed! Comfortable, spacious and clean and the neighborhood was located close to everything we needed and the amenities were great. Neighbors were super friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity! Thank you!

unforgetable stay

This stay was very uncomfortable, dealt with discriminatory issues and I was not taken seriously.I will never rent in this location again. Also dealt with property maintenance issues and they weren't resolved for almost 2 weeks into my stay.
