Escape the grind to find warm weather and plenty to do in the suburbs of exciting Phoenix, here in Goodyear, Arizona. With several gorgeous parks within five miles, this quiet neighborhood is a great place to find rest, relaxation, and a chance to explore the great Palm Valley. Lounge about by the private pool throughout the day to work on your tan, read a book, or just enjoy the atmosphere (The POOL HEAT is only available from March through October.)

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversation, or streaming your favorite shows (using your own accounts) on the large TV in the living area. Hobby chefs will love the kitchen area to cook culinary charms, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, eclectic cupboards, and a formal dining table. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a chair and desk is available for remote work. With three comfortable beds, there's plenty of room for everyone to get a restful night's sleep from the day's activities. Enjoy the landscaped backyard to stargaze and tell stories around the fire pit to end the day on a high note.

Guests can golf at Palm Valley Golf Club (one mile away), and you can visit The Wigwam (two-and-a-half miles away), Verrado (12 miles away), Pebble Creek (four-and-a-half miles away), and Estrella Mountain Ranch (14 miles away) during your stay.

The POOL HEAT is only available from March through October for a fee.
The garage is not unavailable for guest use.

Everything was great! When we couldn’t figure out how to start the fire pit the maintenance guy came right over and showed us! The house was perfect!

They changed property management (vacasa to casago) within the weekend of my stay and never sent me check in details. So I had to get a hotel… I requested a refund and casago said “you checked in, enjoy your stay” although I never had the opportunity to enter the home.

The only thing I seen is the other 2 rooms needs TVs in them, there should be pool towels, and updated mattresses in the 2 rooms. The springs are coming through the bed. The house is great really enjoyed the stay

Amazing stay

Wonderful vacation home

This home is very comfortable and has a great yard and pool. The location is ideal for golfing and hiking. It’s a little far from some touristy areas like Scottsdale but the area does offer some good restaurants and entertainment!

Spring training 2023

Great location to ballparks, restaurants and shopping. Very nice neighborhood and surrounding area. The house was great, very clean, modern and a beautiful backyard. We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Perfect Family House

We stayed here with our 2 young kids and 2 dogs. It was the best place we have ever stayed! It had every amenity we needed and was in a great location close to stores and restaurants. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious, and the backyard was amazing! The pool was a great size and temperature and there was plenty of comfy seats for everyone. We hope to stay here again for a future visit.

We stayed at this home for 6 nights with 4 adults. The house itself is nice and the location was great for our needs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area each evening for dinner and sitting by the fire pit.However, there were several issues that need attention. Upon arrival, there were 4–5 hand soap dispensers throughout the house, but only two had a very small amount of soap. We contacted customer service dispatch, no one got back to us. We also discovered that only one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom is supplied — anything beyond that, guests must purchase themselves. For a 6-night stay with 4 adults, this was not sufficient. Also there were only 2 bath towels supplied in each bathroom and only 4 pods for washing machine. The living room Roku was unplugged from the back of the TV when we arrived, and all TV remotes had dead batteries.Maintenance and cleanliness need improvement. Half of the vanity lights in the master bathroom were burned out. In one of the spare bedrooms, cleaners missed empty beer cans thrown on the ledge.The kitchen was under-equipped — several pans and utensils were broken, and there were limited options for cooking. Additionally, we had to replace 2 of the 3 propane tanks (the extra tank and the fire pit. Overall, the home has great potential and is in a convenient location, but it would benefit from better maintenance, improved cleaning standards, and clearer communication about what supplies are included for longer stays.

Golf get away

Spent the weekend playing golf with great friends. This house was centrally located to the golf courses we played. The pool was very refreshing in the evening. We will definitely return next year. One note — the interior has been painted since the original pictures were taken (earth tones) and looks great!!
