This adorable home is perfect for a trip to the famous California desert. Inside, the home enjoys a folky, sunny vibe, with comfortable furniture, attractive decor, and a large, wall-mounted TV. After a full day of easy-to-access clubhouse amenities that include pools and jacuzzis, come home to spread out in the spacious living room to kick back with a good read plucked from the library shelves or stream a favorite movie or show with friends. The full kitchen has all the appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage you'll need to prepare wonderful meals to enjoy in the lovely dining area. The breakfast bar provides additional seating, and the patio is furnished for alfresco meals overlooking the green expanse behind the property. Wrap up your day with a beautiful sunset then settle in for some wonderful stargazing. Two bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, one bedroom recently upgraded from two twin beds. The free WiFi will make it easy to post your favorite memories to your social media, and the private washer and dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

The gorgeous city of Palm Desert is known for its tranquil lifestyle set among the majestic mountains, and there are award-winning golf courses all around. Nearby, you'll find a full driving range, a short-game practice area, and a putting green. There is also a pro shop with special member pricing, plus a dining room and banquet facilities, 14 tennis courts, a sunken championship court, and a separate tennis clubhouse. You'll also find 20 pickleball courts, a bocce ball court, and a fitness room with cardiovascular and weight-training equipment.

Lovely stay.

The house was cute, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed! The property is very nice and the pool was next door to the property. We enjoyed the patio and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Nice accommodation and location

Owner was great. Really cares about your visit. Vacasa not great. Didn't leave our name at check-in gate . After owner let us, Vacasa still didn't add our name. Vacasa didn't provide any instructions at the home.

The home is lovely - great location to the pool, beautiful view and comfortable furniture! Although the kitchen was well stocked, the pans for cooking were a bit rusty and it lacked in some utensils. There were also price tags on some of the decor and pillows, which seemed strange like it was staged instead of a home to use. There was an intercom system of sorts set up in the home (maybe through RING or Alexa or something), but it started protecting conversations from outside the home - some family we didn't know. We unplugged them all and it stopped, but the owners might want to be mindful of what is being shared while they aren't there. Lastly, the check-in process was less than desirable as I missed the phone call to do a "virtual" check in the day before and so had to stop by the office for a literal 2 min appt so they could take a copy of my license. It took a lot of convincing to make this happen when we were close by vs having to wait until the check in time hours later after we were 30min away. We have rented a lot of places over the years and have never had to do this (and likely won't rent from.Vacasa again) - seems this is something you could request with the rental agreement instead of adding to the check in process. I mean we've already paid in full at this point so don't know what is the concern with giving the information to gain access to the property. Just little things that take away from the wonderful experience of being in this beautiful place

We will be replacing all pots and pans and reviewing other kitchen items to ensure everything is in top condition. We’ll also remove the tags from the throw pillows for added comfort. Please be assured there are no listening devices in the condo; the property is equipped only with a noise monitor, which tracks noise levels without recording. We value your input and will continue working to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.

Would not stay in this unit again.

Construction on 2 sides of unit, plastic dishes, poor TV reception, noisy night critters in bedroom attic, very noisy fridge compressor and badly stained carpet. Unit was obviously staged for photo ops (price tags left on fake plants, pillows and other accessories). We would not want to rent this unit again!
