This single-story home sleeps up to eight guests between four stylishly appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a 55in smart TV.

The beautiful primary suite boasts a plush king bed and access to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom offers a pair of twin beds, while the third and fourth bedroom each have a queen bed. One guest bathroom holds a tub/shower combination, while the other includes a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Step outside to your lush backyard oasis. Offering a wonderful sense of privacy, this tropical outdoor space boasts a glittering heated pool, spa, and a gas grill. There's plenty of seating available, including poolside loungers and an attractive outdoor lounge set beneath a curtained pergola.
** Pool/Spa heat is only available upon request and must be requested 24-hrs PRIOR to ARRIVAL. This is an optional amenity with an additional cost of $50/day. Please contact Guest Services to request and submit payment.**

We went for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. This was within walking distance of the venue. There were 5 of us and the home could not have been better. Shopping was not far away so we walked to the area and uber back with our things.I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We very much enjoyed our (too brief) stay at a wonderful house centrally located in La Quinta. The space was great and the pool and hot tub were nicely heated. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great for gatherings

This home is absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back - only thing is La Quinta has noise ordinances so we weren’t really allowed to have music by the pool.

We had a great time. The place was a little spartan for the rate we paid. The couch needs replacing. Beds were very comfortable. 4 Seniors on a golf trip.

Great stay for Coachella

Our group was very comfortable at this house for Coachella. The kitchen was good for cooking, three full bathrooms were super convenient, and the outdoor area with pool and hot tub were very nice. Only complaint is that the kitchen ended up being stocked with spices, coffee, condiments, etc which weren’t mentioned in the listing so we ended up buying supplies before getting to the house and had to go back and return duplicate items, so it would be nice if the listing included more detail on what’s in the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was perfect close to anything you could need or want! The neighborhood was nice and peaceful! The home had basic needs! The outside was nice but lacked any type of seating area to have a meal outside! Disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy meals outside! The lights outside hardly worked and had missing light bulbs! The pool was nice! Outside furniture was dirty and needs updating! The house was not clean very dusty lots of cob webs! The pool table was nice to have and in a good location! They provided a nice amount of towels! A few things in the home needed repaired! The toaster had loose wires! The knobs on the cupboards kept falling off! The screen doors were so dirty I cleaned them! Overall we made the best of it we we drove 17 hours to be there! The homes floor plan is nice but having twin beds is a bummer why not have at least full size! The rental company was responsive and helpful! We did have an overall ok stay! Wished the home was cleaner and it definitely needs some updates!

Not A Good Stay - Look Elsewhere

My family had planned Thanksgiving in Palm Desert. We absolutely love this area and we’re so excited to be renting a house for everyone to stay in. Unfortunately working w Vacasa was a huge disappointment. We had several issues with the house and they chose not to do anything. I would not recommend them at all - at least not the local office or the manager Mo. What we were not told upfront, and just a few days before we arrived (after paying in full) was there is a noise restriction. Which means no music at all outside and voices need to be quiet. Quiet time begins at 10pm, but they turn all the outside lights off at 9:15pm.The pool is very nice as is the outdoor space. We paid 50/day (in advance) to have it heated, it only heated a few days. It never heated the spa/hot tub once, so we couldn't even use it. That was wasted money. When we arrived, the house was dirty - the floors, bathrooms and kitchen hadn’t been cleaned. The worst part was an overwhelming horrific smell. Several doors were off hinges & the kitchen wall was pretty scuffed up. We called when we got to the house & Vascasa assured us they would send someone over to clean the house & fix the broken doors. Never happened. My husband even texted the mgr the next day & she never responded. We didn’t care about the scuffs &doors, but wanted to make sure we weren’t going to be held accountable. The smell was so bad, we hardly slept th

The house was fine. However the communication with property management was horrible. I tried to reach them about a week before my stay to tell them we wanted the pool heated. No one responded to my messages in the app. I tried calling and no one answered. I began to think I had been scammed. I was very stressed because another couple was going with us. I finally got ahold of someone after days of calling. They confirmed they had my reservation. Apparently they were going through a management change. The day of the reservation I don’t hear anything. I called for hours until I finally got through to someone who gave me the check in information. At the house there was no instructions for anything. We couldn’t figure out how to heat the spa but couldn’t get through to anyone to ask.

The property was very clean and prepared, just about every amenity was provided. We brought so much thinking we had to do so, but there were towels, spices, sheets, coffee stuff- list goes on. TV’s in each of. The bedrooms allowed for away time from the group. Thank you - we had a great experience!

Great place!

This was the perfect house to spend with friends! Pictures and description were just as described. Property management was very helpful when it came to needing to fix the slow drain in one of the bathrooms. Checkin/check out was easy. We enjoyed the pool, bbq, and especially the pool table. The house was fully equipped with everything you need i.e. pots/pans, plates, utensils, blender, coffee maker, etc. The only downside was that the air conditioner was set to 76. I was instructed by property management not to set it lower, but the emails said to not set it below 72. So that was a little confusing. Seventy-six was not low enough during the night. It got really hot and made it a little uncomfortable to sleep. Another little issue was the light in bathroom next to the garage wouldn’t turn on right away. Sometimes it would take 5 minutes after flipping it on or it would turn off by itself. BUT overall, we enjoyed everything! We wouldn't hesitate to use this house again the next time if it’s available.

The lights not staying on pass 9pm one night and not coming on the next night. shed cover missing in the sitting area and the corn hole game on the side yard missing. I did receive a call yesterday from Renee from VACASA that manages the property. All I got was from him did a rep come out and when I was leaving and I felt I was getting brushed off (ohh sorry okay enjoy rest of your stay) I feel like I should receive some kind of compensation for my inconvenience of not being able to enjoy my stay at night or getting shed while being outside.

House was great, plenty of space, well stocked, great kitchen, everything worked at advertised. Only point I would make is the air conditioning is limited to no lower than 76 degrees. If you like it cooler than that, you can not set it lower than 76 degrees.

Weekend Escape

Overall, this was a lovely property to stay at; the pool and spa were great, the house was comfortably furnished, and all the necessities were provided. In addition, there were plenty of towels for our family of 4, and lots of kitchen items were already stocked (coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, oil, sauce etc.) When we arrived, there was someone waiting for us to sign our rental agreement (odd since I had done this online, and also over the phone but apparently they are VERY concerned about noise.). We heard the neighbors enjoying their yard, so noise must not be that much of an issue. We have stayed in La Quinta before so we’re aware of the noise ordinances but this particular management company seems a little overboard with the way they declare this to their visitors. Other than that, the place was a dream. Would stay there again if in the area. Pool table was fun and everything was as it was pictured. Thanks!!
