Boasting a prime location only two miles away from downtown Palm Springs and four miles from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, this stylish and cozy family-friendly home is the perfect choice for your next escapade! You will be surrounded by incredible restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and everything you could need to experience a breezy stay.

The enclosed backyard features a water fountain and is ideal for endless entertainment! Let the kids run around and play freely while you watch them from the covered patio and lounge area. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling outdoor pool with an attached spill-over pool spa. Surprise your guests with delicious grilled treats using the propane grill available, and dine alfresco with beautiful mountain views as your backdrop.

The interior features a light-flooded open floor plan. Upon entering, a sunny area with a sofa will be to your right - this is a great place to unwind, read a good book, or simply hang out by yourself or with others. The nearby dining area offers a gorgeous six-person dining table for family meals. The inviting living room is all about comfort with cushy sofas, beautiful artwork throughout, and a smart TV with streaming services. When mealtime comes around, the chef will have a blast preparing delicious homemade meals in the fully-appointed kitchen. The kitchen has all major appliances and some others that will make cooking a breeze, such as a double-sided Ninja air fryer, coffee maker, and dishwasher.

The stylish main bedroom has a smart TV, access to the backyard through sliding doors, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Great Stay

Just as advertised!

We had a great stay! The home is just as advertised, very clean and cozy. Great location and on the edge of town makes arrival and departure easy. Management was responsive when we had some issues with the hot tub heat and had it repaired quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect peaceful getaway

This house was perfect for our quick getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet and house is very clean. We loved the pool too. We did leave our blow dryer behind. The staff assured me a lost and found report would be issued and get back to me.

Sadly Disappointed

Comfortable bed. Quiet neighbourhood. However too many maintenance issues that took too long to resolve. Not the stress free family vacation we had hoped for.

Bring Your Binoculars

This home was perfect for us. Over the last 14 years, we have stayed in Palm Springs 10 times, each time staying 10 days. We definitely recommend this home and will stay here, again, if it’s available. The home was absolutely immaculate. The bed and bath linens were sparkling white, crisp and clean. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. We barbecued several times and the home had all of the appropriate tools for that, as well. The laundry room, off of the garage, was great. The washer and dryer appeared to be virtually new. The pool and backyard were wonderful. There is plenty of seating and patio furniture. From the pool area, at night, you can literally see the Palm Springs Aerial tram ascending and descending the San Jacinto mountains. Use your binoculars to watch in wonder. Being on the west side of Palm Springs, you can experience the magical nighttime winds and it’s amazing. The pool folks and gardeners arrived as stated and did good jobs with their tasks. There is a company that arrives prior to trash pick up and they do not disturb the occupants, but they take the trash cans out to the street and then they swing by later and put the cans back into the yard. The neighborhood is peaceful. The bathrooms were pristine and the master bath was spa like. We were blessed to have found this home to spend our vacation in.

Comfortable, good for the dog, beautiful grounds and pool but lots to improve...

We spent a month this winter. While we had some unexpected rain this year, the weather was great which was the main reason for the trip. We enjoyed our stay, but this property has lots of room for improvement. The pros of this property: - Roomy and comfortable - Beautiful pool and very nice grounds with grass (many properties in the area have turf or stone yards). Grounds and pool were well-maintained. - Fenced in yard was great for the dog - Not too far from downtown (but too far to walk) The cons of this property: - The plumbing fixtures were all loose, leaking, etc. Every faucet wobbled, one of the toilets leaked/ran continuously. - The beds/bedding was not very comfortable. Mattresses and pillows were plastic-wrapped which was off-putting. - Outdoor furniture was kind of beat up. - The neighborhood was about 1/2 empty lots and gutted homes. [There was construction about 1/2 the days]. - We were there for 4 weeks and when the toilet paper ran out in week 2, we were told to buy our own or pay $200+ for maid service. - The appliances were 20 years old (but worked fine).

Ant infestation

After arriving to the property and encountering ants all over the kitchen counter it became apparent that there was an ant problem because ant traps were on top of the counter. Who does that. After cleaning the counter ourselves and removing the traps from the counter the ants stayed off the counter. Next our friends arrived the following day and when they went to bed they were awaken at 0130am and discoverd their bed was completely covered in ants including their heads. They showered to rinse the ants from themselves. We left to go to an excursion and came back to more ants In our luggage in the master bedroom. Through a series of texts and phone calls 2 of which we were hung up on. Finally got a hold of someone. Someone came by and left ant and roach spray for us to spray. We are vacationing not PEST CONTROL. When someone was able to conta t the owners of the property with we were given a refund for 2 nights but were unable to refund any fees associated to the property. I'm demanding a refund of all fees associated with the property. A $500 refund does not cover the cost of loss for everything we had to go through. The property was misrepresented. It was not clean. No one was able to relocate us. We had to find a hotel ourselves. We misses one of our scheduled outings waiting around to get some sort of resolution. Not to mention the cost of perishable food that we were unable to cook. Again expect someone to contact me back and offer a full refund of any and all expenses
