This newly remodeled condo in the heart of Scottsdale is the perfect spot for your next vacation! Enjoy a quiet location in this adult single-family development.

Walk through a beautifully landscaped, gated courtyard into this thoughtfully designed, single story home. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a back patio ideal for outdoor dining and entertaining, and a shared swimming pool and hot tub mere steps away. When you're not out and about in Old Town Scottsdale, you and your loved ones can spread out and watch movies on the large, comfortable sofa before retiring to cozy bedrooms for the night.

This condo enjoys a prime location only a mile north of Old Town Scottsdale, placing you within minutes of fantastic restaurants, a bustling nightlife, tons of beautiful art galleries, and plenty of Spring Training action at Scottsdale Stadium. You can spend gorgeous, sunny days walking along the Arizona Canal Trail (a block to the west) and the greenbelt on Hayden Road (a few blocks east) or enjoying the amazing shopping opportunities at Fashion Square a mile southwest.

Great little house close to a ton of restaurants and attractions! 30 mins or so away from any hiking we wanted to do.Very close to old town! Loved sitting out by the pool!

The home was Amazing and in a great location!! But the Big negative is if you have to deal Vacasa...

The home is beautiful and large. It’s just like they said in their description. In a great location, not right in town, but close enough for a nice walk or bike ride on one of the friendly bike paths right into town!! Our only con: if you ever have to actually deal with the Vacasa customer service, local or long term department, good luck! After and 1.5 month stay, we needed to extend our rental for 2-3 months longer. It’s was available but we were seeing if they would work on a long term rate for us. We just wanted an answer so we could move forward. After many weeks, calls & emails we found there was No inter-departmental communication and their desire to really help their customers with any real communication was a big fat zero for us, and we tried for weeks until we finally gave up and went with a different company and found another wonderful home. We’d personally never use this company again due to the stress they caused during our stay. I feel bad for the home owners.
