Full of light and homey conveniences, some great perks the condo boasts include a work desk, a large smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, ample closet space, and central air-conditioning. The condo's three smart TVs ensure your streaming needs are always satisfied. Whereas the fully renovated kitchen is any chef's dream with a separate laundry room available right next to it.

When you want to be under the sunshine, head for the private 200 sq ft balcony - perfect for sitting and sipping. A quick walk from your front door, enjoy utilizing the condo's shared pool, hot tub, grilling area, lake-side walking path, and tennis courts. A business center with a printer is also available for remote work situations.

Within quick driving distance of your stay, enjoy exploring Cave Creek Park, Castles N' Coasters, Phoenix Mountains Preserve, and of course, the city's numerous restaurants, live music venues, landmarks, and shops. Cities nearby include Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale.

Great stay!

We stayed here for a few nights to attend spring training in Peoria. The property is centrally located, clean and as expected.

The unit was clean and well appointed with everything required for meal preparation. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing after a hot day of Phoenix adventures.

Hope you don’t have any issues!

The property itself was dated, but functional. We drove 26 hours and asked if we could check-in an hour early and were told absolutely not, no exceptions. Bummer, but not a big deal. After being at the property for an hour, my minor child was approached by the neighbor who indicated that they had a conversation with the unit owner earlier in the day and was assured the unit wouldn’t be rented for the week because there were plumbing issues in the kitchen and the use of our sink, dishwasher, and laundry flood their unit. So we went 3 days without those amenities. Communication with the property management company was awful. We only received updates on the status if I reached out. The issue was magically resolved when I requested reimbursement for dinner since we couldn’t use the kitchen. We used the dishwasher and when we unloaded it, none of the dishes were clean and due to the heated dry function, everything was baked on. So we had to soak them and wash the dishes by hand the rest of the trip. I reached out to Vacasa (property management company) and was told that they would put in a maintenance ticket and work on getting us a reimbursement. After 24 hours of silence from Vacasa, I once again reached out for an update. I was told that the dishwasher would be replaced. Great for the unit, but not for us unfortunately. As for making the situation right, Vacasa indicated “our team is yet to reach out to you about compensation and so forth”. 24 hours later, still no update.
